The initial contact was great very professional scheduled a timely appointment. Then they sent out a technician who was knowledgeable more than willing to complete our job gave us information about options and the purchase of a new door when we are ready to purchase.I would highly recommend Stephen Zerkel

Amazing service! I called precision because they offered same day service without the extra charge. The technician, Zeke, arrived less than 2 hours after I called. He was very friendly and courteous and diagnosed the problems right away. The quote was reasonable but more than I wanted to pay out of pocket since I'm renting. Zeke was patient while I got approval from the property manager and then went to work right away. Replaced the springs, bearings, cables and rollers in just over an hour. I will definitely be using Precision in the future if I need any garage door work.

The technition was knowledgeable and fast but for 40 minutes of work and 2 New springs, $428.? And that was the lowest price available. I felt like I was bent over. Your company is way to expensive.

I found your contact through a Home Advisor website.I do not live near the location I own a property at ,that is being prepared to sell. It was easy as pie, to find you via this site. You solved all my complications, by going to the place of necessity repair/upgrades, without me having to be present. You answered efficiently and in good timing,whereas others on that website for other issues have not even returned my inquiries. I thank for taking one of my more important concerns, off my "to do" list.
