Stephen Z was absolutely amazing! He was professional and personable. He explained everything and showed us damage to our garage door that we didn’t see/ know that was damage. I was very overwhelmed and he made me feel a little better. Stephen helped secure the door until we get a new one. Reasonable prices Stephanie took my call early this morning 3/20/25. She was very helpful and professional. I highly recommend this company

My garage door spring decided to break on a Saturday! Called the company I usually work with, and they were not helpful. Called Precision Garage Door, and I was able to get a same day appointment, WITHOUT additional charges for a weekend call. Cory was our tech, and he kept me informed throughout the day of his arrival time. He was very professional & friendly, and explained what options I had to get my door back in service. Within the hour the door was back in service! This will be my new go-to company for future services. Would highly recommend Precision Garage Door.

Really great all the way around. Quick service, great options for repair/cost depending on what I needed to repair the garage door. Kind, respectful human who was down to earth and professional. Product okay but goggled door opener, keypad, sensors and remote they replaced my old one with after they installed it. Got over on me, I payed way too much for it. Didn't do my due diligence on researching before I let it be installed.

I was able to make a same-day appointment to get my Overhead Door opening system repaired after it was damaged. Stephen was actually able to arrive earlier than the appointment time (after he called to ensure that was ok) and was incredible knowledgeable and professional. I am completely satisfied with both his service and the replacement unit provided by Precision Door Co. When I eventually get my garage door replaced, I will definitely be going with this company to do so.

Mitch was able to fix my door without having to replace it despite getting two previous quotes who said I would need to replace the door. The door was fixed within hours and he was extremely helpful setting up the app and explaining everything to me. Would use again! Highly recommended!

I recently called Precision Door Service of Colorado Springs and was blown away by their quick response and excellent service. Brian Sholdt came out the very same day—within just a few hours—and installed a new garage door opener. He was professional, efficient, and clearly knew what he was doing. The whole process was smooth and stress-free, and the end result was perfect. I highly recommend this company, and especially Brian, for anyone needing garage door work done fast and right.
