Called at 9:00PM in the evening about a garage door main spring that had just snapped. Door totally inoperable and stuck. They had someone here at 8AM the next day and fixed by 10AM at reasonable cost. Great service and highly knowledgeable and competent repair person. Highly recommend them.

Our technician, Leigh, arrived on time and very quickly was able to diagnose the cause of the problem with our door (failure of the safety stop noted during a home inspection). He very efficiently adjusted the settings in our Genie door opener, so that the door properly stopped and then reversed when it encounters objects while descending. He also completed a full safety checklist to ensure there were no other issues we should be concerned about. We were impressed with Leigh's professionalism, the clear explanations he offered during his visit and we highly recommend Precision Garage Door.
