Precision was prompt on getting a service person to try and diagnois my garage door wifi issue. Upon arrival they tried their best to fix the issue but sadly they could not find out the issue. They thought it might be an issue with the app not connecting to my internet. They did say to give it sometime and if it was not resolved to call them again. After an hour or so I tried to connect to my internet and was finally successful.

Called at 9:00PM in the evening about a garage door main spring that had just snapped. Door totally inoperable and stuck. They had someone here at 8AM the next day and fixed by 10AM at reasonable cost. Great service and highly knowledgeable and competent repair person. Highly recommend them.

Our technician, Leigh, arrived on time and very quickly was able to diagnose the cause of the problem with our door (failure of the safety stop noted during a home inspection). He very efficiently adjusted the settings in our Genie door opener, so that the door properly stopped and then reversed when it encounters objects while descending. He also completed a full safety checklist to ensure there were no other issues we should be concerned about. We were impressed with Leigh's professionalism, the clear explanations he offered during his visit and we highly recommend Precision Garage Door.

Once again we had superb service from Precision Door. We scheduled an emergency service and were immediately scheduled. Our technician, Leigh, arrived exactly as promised. He even called enroute with an arrival update due to high traffic. First, I selected Precision via a quick internet search for garage door repair. I checked out their web site and decided to schedule an online appointment and got one for the next day. My expectation was for a repairman to come and replace my door springs since one spring was broken. Leigh L. was my repairman and he took time to evaluate the issues with my door, he inquired about door replacement and then provided quotations for door repair. He provided professional advice on door replacement, new opener options and pros and cons of spring, rollers and bearing replacement. Leigh did a great job and I was very pleased with the outcome. My new springs, rollers and bearings made the door opening and closing very smooth and quiet. Precision's quick response, BBB rating and Leigh L's professionalism with the door repair exceeded my expectations. All is good now!
