Quick response for an appointment; technician (Leigh) was great, gave us several options and explained each one in detail but never pressured for any of them. His work was excellent and the results are fantastic. We couldn't be happier and would recommend Precision Garage Door strongly to anyone.

Precision was prompt on getting a service person to try and diagnois my garage door wifi issue. Upon arrival they tried their best to fix the issue but sadly they could not find out the issue. They thought it might be an issue with the app not connecting to my internet. They did say to give it sometime and if it was not resolved to call them again. After an hour or so I tried to connect to my internet and was finally successful.

Our technician, Leigh, arrived on time and very quickly was able to diagnose the cause of the problem with our door (failure of the safety stop noted during a home inspection). He very efficiently adjusted the settings in our Genie door opener, so that the door properly stopped and then reversed when it encounters objects while descending. He also completed a full safety checklist to ensure there were no other issues we should be concerned about. First, I selected Precision via a quick internet search for garage door repair. I checked out their web site and decided to schedule an online appointment and got one for the next day. My expectation was for a repairman to come and replace my door springs since one spring was broken. A year ago, I hired Precision to perform significant repairs to my garage door. The experience was so positive, I called them again yesterday to install a new keypad outside my garage door. Leigh was very prompt, very friendly, and clearly knowledgeable.
