Product okay but goggled door opener, keypad, sensors and remote they replaced my old one with after they installed it. Got over on me, I payed way too much for it. Didn't do my due diligence on researching before I let it be installed.

I was able to make a same-day appointment to get my Overhead Door opening system repaired after it was damaged. Stephen was actually able to arrive earlier than the appointment time (after he called to ensure that was ok) and was incredible knowledgeable and professional. I am completely satisfied with both his service and the replacement unit provided by Precision Door Co. When I eventually get my garage door replaced, I will definitely be going with this company to do so.

Was able to schedule and have someone come out within the hour. Mitch was able to fix my door without having to replace it despite getting two previous quotes who said I would need to replace the door. The door was fixed within hours and he was extremely helpful setting up the app and explaining everything to me. Would use again! Highly recommended!

The call taker did not advise us that the technician would need to replace both springs; but the technician was very apologetic and explained the need to replace both springs. Nothings worse than when your garage door breaks unexpectedly, especially if you use yours like a front door like we do. Within 2 hours of calling, our tech John G. was at our door. He was curtious, knowledge and got our door working like new for a reasonable rate. I had no idea when I called that they are a veteran owned business but now that I do Precision Door Service will be our go to for all our garage door needs. I highly recommend John and his team for all your garage door needs.
