Was able to make an online appointment for the same day; as their TV commercials advertised. And the Technician, Sean B, had all the necessary parts to do the repairs; also in the TV advertising. He provided me a thorough estimate for the necessary repairs. He did the repairs in under 45 minutes to include installation of 2 springs, ball bearings, cables, and 10 rollers, and lubrication. Asked if I had any questions on the completed repairs and if I had any issues with the remotes or the garage door opener. He was very thorough, professional, and courteous.

Corey came out and looked at it once and told me I didn’t need a new door that my opener was dying and that what I needed it was a new garage door opener. He was the only person that was honest and stood by what he said I will continue to use precision for all of my garage door uses. My door opens and close is fine. A new door was not needed.
