We made an appointment to have our garage door checked. It sustained some wind damage while we were at home. The representatives were friendly and considered our concerns. We came away with a reasonably priced new door, that fulfilled our description of what we wanted. The process was smooth and efficient and most importantly, affordable. Highly recommend.

Precision was prompt on getting a service person to try and diagnois my garage door wifi issue. Upon arrival they tried their best to fix the issue but sadly they could not find out the issue. They thought it might be an issue with the app not connecting to my internet. They did say to give it sometime and if it was not resolved to call them again. When the garage door opener stopped working on 2/18/25 I called Precision Garage Door Service based on their online reviews. Justin responded within a few hours and assessed the situation. The garage door opener was 29 years old and not worth repairing if parts could be found. Justin provided a quote for two different brands of openers and pointed out the differences. He was friendly, knowledgeable and performed the replacement within about an hour. Highly recommend this company.
