I was referred to them by a friend. Waited for overhead door for 7 months for a lift spring. Went to precision, they looked at my matching spring n said it would be a month and they would make one. It was a month and 2 days from order to install. Excellent price, terrific service! Now my 2nd door is functional! THX PRECISION! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Precision went above and beyond the call of duty for the manner they repaired our garage door spring. They came out promptly on a Saturday afternoon and had the whole job done in about a half hour. They also serviced and adjusted the door during the same visit. They answered all of my questions. They were very courteous and thorough. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them!
