Well I've always heard about broken springs on a garage door and what a pain in the a** it can be. Well I called Precision Garage Door, and I was amazed. I was able to talk to a wonderful receptionist, who booked the appointment on the same day! Just a little while later Stephen was rining the doorbell. He was friendly, smart, and quick to take care of the problem. He gave me a quick quote that I agreed with, and he was working on it right away. In about an hour, (maybe less) he had solved my world's problems (the dredded garage door) and it was running smoother than when the house was built! Thank you Stephen, Precision Garage Door, and everyone who works there. You all are great! If I ever have a problem with them (garage doors) you are the only people I'll call. Thanks again for being so efficient!

Called Precision Friday afternoon at 1:30 after my garage door broke and I couldn't get my ar out. Two hours later Steve came out and got the door open after about 1 hr.
