We kind of threw him for a loop in asking if he could do more work on the garage than anticipated. He said he could do it immediately, which worked perfectly for us. He ended up doing a partial rebuild and replaced the operator. He worked efficiently and was done in no time. He was truly a delight and Precision is lucky to have him.

Our garage door decided it was time to retire without giving a two-week notice… and Stephen showed up like a one-man rapid response team. Figured out the issue fast, and had everything fixed before I could even fully commit to being annoyed about it. No upsell nonsense, no “this is gonna cost ya” speech—just straight-up honest work and knew exactly what he was doing. Door runs smoother than it ever has. Honestly, I think it opens quieter now than my fridge at 2am. If your garage door starts acting like it’s got an attitude problem, Stephen will fix it and probably restore your faith in competent humans while he’s at it.

Our technician, Steven arrived promptly, assessed needed repairs, and completely the installation of a new door opener in short order. Stephen configured the new opener with our two vehicles and our external keypad.
