Called Precision Friday afternoon at 1:30 after my garage door broke and I couldn't get my ar out. Two hours later Steve came out and got the door open after about 1 hr. Unfortunately I need a new door, but they didn't charge me a dime for today's work. My old service company said they couldn't get here until Tuesday. Needless to say. I'm getting my new door through Precision. Plus they answer their phone 24/7. They just got a new customer and they deserve it!

Great same day service and cheaper than a competitor! I originally called due to a broken spring but asked the tech, Stephen Zerkel to check both doors which are over 20 years old. He explained why certain parts needed to be replaced and which ones are ok for now. He is very knowledgeable, easy to communicate with and I learned a lot about how garage doors operate. I truly believe he saved us from potential disasters!

I called early this morning to have a new & much, much more quiet new garage door opener to go along with our beautiful insulated Precision Garage Door. Not only did we have a same day, early appointment, he suggested a nice new smooth, more powerful quiet belt drive instead of the noisy old chain drive opener we have had for many years along with a new secure opener panel out front. The wife and I love these new and much nicer, much quieter updated items. Steve Z. is very professional, courteous, & the quickest, most knowledgeable & best technician/installer we've ever had here at our home in over Twenty years. He's certainly an asset to your company.
