Our spring on the garage door broke this morning and Precision Garage Door was able to repair it a few hours later. Our technician Brian S. called 30 minutes before his arrival to let us know when he would arrive and was very punctual and completed the repair of our springs and cables in the estimated time on Christmas eve day. All the parts needed for the repair were on the truck and the work was satisfactory . A great job by Brian. I will be using Precision Garage door again if needed.

Our garage broke late in the evening on a Friday leaving 2 vehicles stuck inside and we couldn’t manually lift the garage to get out. We were able to get service with Justin the next morning right at 8:00am when other providers couldn’t get to us till after the weekend. Service was prompt and fabulous. Military discount was much appreciated and being able to get our cars out again in a pinch. Garage works better than it did in years. Highly recommend!

I discovered my overhead garage doors by Wayne Dalton broken late evening. The inner spring snapped. No way I could repair it myself. In the morning I called few service numbers but only Precision was available right away. By the evening my doors are working again, and in my opinion the mechanism is simpler and superior.

Very fast response, had our garage door fixed and running perfectly in less than 24 hours. Brian was very professional, knowledgeable and worked hard and fast to get our garage door back in service. Our very heavy 2 car wood door from the 80’s had a hinge that held the cable bend and release the tension causing the door to seize on one side and drop on the other breaking a few hinges and completely bent the track. Brian was at our house within a couple hours after my call in the afternoon, had to get a few parts and was back at 8AM the next morning and had the door working by 11. Pretty awesome.

I emailed Precision Garage Door around 7 am this morning. My email was quickly answered and our technician, Cory arrived around 10:30 per scheduled appt. He notified me he was on his way, diagnosed the problem and quickly fixed it. Very professional, genuinely nice young man! 5 stars for sure!

New to the area and found Precision via positive reviews on line. I exhausted my abilities and needed a pro. I called and Precision was able to get out same day. Cory came out and was able to use what I had already done and get the door opening and closing again. That said, the unit was very old. Cory was able to replace our old chain drive unit with a new belt drive. He was quick and professional. We will be looking at replacing the door in the future as well.

Mitch was a pleasure to work with. He immediately assessed the garage door damage and determined how to repair the damage. We were afraid the repair would not be completed until the next day, and our garage would be opened all night … we have lots of ‘critters’ that might move in, which would not be appreciated. Torsion spring broke this morning. Called Kimmie at Prevudion and she sent Corey right over. By noon, he had replaced both springs and all the rollers and bearings (17 year old door). Works like new. Had an issue with another door for over 10 years in never closing quite right as the concrete isn’t level and it was on a bind, or so we were told by a different tech from a different company when it was installed. In less than a minute, Corey made a quick adjustment to the safety beam and it works like new. Needs less yo say, they exceeded our expectations. A+.
