I am a repeat customer of Precision Garage Door with my first work done in November 2025 on my double car garage door. Now in June 2026, the spring and cable on my single door garage door broke and I immediately thought of Precision and made the call to the office to schedule a next day repair. I had a great repair experience last year with the technician, Cory Schweiger, so I asked if he was available to have the appointment with him. The next day he arrived on time and an hour or so later I had a nearly completely rebuilt and full functioning garage door. He is very profession, great at his craft and easy to work with. I would recommend Precision Garage Door and Cory Schweiger for any of your repair or replacement problems. I see the television ads nearly each morning but it is the professionalism and great work that makes the Precision Garage Door name stick in my mind. It would be good to see Cory Schweiger in ads because he is a truly good representative of this company.

Our 3-car garage opening hardware has been working well for 25 year; however, it required regular greasing, the outside controls haven't worked for over a decade and we were concerned that if it fails it will be at the worst time. So, we called and Justin came out and checked everything out. He made some suggestions and we basically had the springs, rollers, and motors, and outside controls for both garages replaced. He came the following morning, did the work, tested the inside/outside controls and then programmed our cars and all is great ( and much quieter). Justin did a great job!

Our spring on the garage door broke this morning and Precision Garage Door was able to repair it a few hours later. Our technician Brian S. called 30 minutes before his arrival to let us know when he would arrive and was very punctual and completed the repair of our springs and cables in the estimated time on Christmas eve day. All the parts needed for the repair were on the truck and the work was satisfactory . A great job by Brian. I will be using Precision Garage door again if needed.

Our garage broke late in the evening on a Friday leaving 2 vehicles stuck inside and we couldn’t manually lift the garage to get out. We were able to get service with Justin the next morning right at 8:00am when other providers couldn’t get to us till after the weekend. Service was prompt and fabulous. Military discount was much appreciated and being able to get our cars out again in a pinch. Garage works better than it did in years. Highly recommend!

I discovered my overhead garage doors by Wayne Dalton broken late evening. The inner spring snapped. No way I could repair it myself. In the morning I called few service numbers but only Precision was available right away. By the evening my doors are working again, and in my opinion the mechanism is simpler and superior.

Very fast response, had our garage door fixed and running perfectly in less than 24 hours. Brian was very professional, knowledgeable and worked hard and fast to get our garage door back in service. Our very heavy 2 car wood door from the 80’s had a hinge that held the cable bend and release the tension causing the door to seize on one side and drop on the other breaking a few hinges and completely bent the track. Brian was at our house within a couple hours after my call in the afternoon, had to get a few parts and was back at 8AM the next morning and had the door working by 11. Pretty awesome.

New to the area and found Precision via positive reviews on line. I exhausted my abilities and needed a pro. I called and Precision was able to get out same day. Cory came out and was able to use what I had already done and get the door opening and closing again. That said, the unit was very old. Cory was able to replace our old chain drive unit with a new belt drive. He was quick and professional. We will be looking at replacing the door in the future as well.
