Precision installed new garage doors during the pandemic. When others I called weren't able to help us, Precision found doors and did a great job installing them, replacing everything and making our garage door operation smooth and new again. They worked hard to make everything just right! I called for maintenance service yesterday, and I found Cory to be as friendly, professional and hard working as those who installed the doors in 2019! I recommend Precision!

Torsion spring broke this morning. Called Kimmie at Prevudion and she sent Corey right over. By noon, he had replaced both springs and all the rollers and bearings (17 year old door). Works like new. Had an issue with another door for over 10 years in never closing quite right as the concrete isn’t level and it was on a bind, or so we were told by a different tech from a different company when it was installed. In less than a minute, Corey made a quick adjustment to the safety beam and it works like new. Needs less yo say, they exceeded our expectations. A+.

So I have been so worn out by bad customer service and the attitude that the customer is always wrong. I have not had a service experience as good as I did with Precision in so long I can't even remember. 1. I called and they had a technician out within an hour 2. They quoted a price and it actually was the price! No slight of hand or hidden charges. Straight forward business old school style 3. The technician was fast! He was knowledgeable, friendly , well presented and appreciative for our business. 4. I am a dedicated, lifelong customer to them now Thank you for providing such an easy and satisfying experience... A garage door spring broke yesterday afternoon and we contacted Precision Garage Door of Colorado Springs. Technician Joshua Osborn arrived this morning to make the necessary repairs. Rather than just replace the one spring that had failed, Joshua explained how the original springs were much too large for our garage door and replaced them both with the proper size. Since the door is approximately 20 years old he also recommended replacing the rollers and bearings as well. His attention to detail and safety are much appreciated. While some may have just done the minimum required work, Joshua went the extra step for us to ensure our door is again safe and ready for another 20 years!
