I called Precision garage doors after waiting all day for another garage door Company to arrive. They never did. I spoke with Dakota and he was very helpful. Josh the tech called me to let me know he was running behind due to the work site he was at. I was very thankful he called to let me know. Josh was very kind in explaining my options. I decided to go with a brand new insulated garage door with Genie motor with WiFi capabilities. Josh was very helpful in talking about all my options as well. My daughter found you on Google. Our repairman John showed up on time with coffee and breakfast biscuits. He assessed the situation and presented me with several options to repairing my garage door. After choosing one he got straight to work an finished in what seemed like a short time. It was a stress free pleasant experience. John’s work was excellent! My garage door performs better than it did when it was brand new, whisper quiet and solid. I had seen the Precision Garage Door commercial a couple of weeks ago and liked the fact that they usually have all replacement parts needed on their trucks at the time of service. Which brings me to the Labor Day Weekend. Sunday, 9/5/21 my garage door would only go up 2 inches and then back down. I looked Precision up and was happy to find out that they were working this Sunday and immediately got an appointment for that same day. The Technician arrived when promised, assessed the problem and had my door up and running with in an hour. I would highly recommend Precision and will use them for future jobs.

Amazing service! I called precision because they offered same day service without the extra charge. The technician, Zeke, arrived less than 2 hours after I called. He was very friendly and courteous and diagnosed the problems right away. The quote was reasonable but more than I wanted to pay out of pocket since I'm renting. Zeke was patient while I got approval from the property manager and then went to work right away. Replaced the springs, bearings, cables and rollers in just over an hour. I will definitely be using Precision in the future if I need any garage door work.
