Have called Precision three times and all have ended in success. Most recent, I needed to have the entire door opener replaced. I needed it ASAP. Fortunately, a repairman was in the area and could respond in an hour. I got the best of the three service men and he installed what I needed in less than an hour and a half. It works great and actually sounds better that most. Thankfully, they always have needed parts on the truck. Second time that has happened. Last time they had the rollers for my older door and fixed it the same day. I will not call any other company and I door recommend them to my friends.

I had seen the Precision Garage Door commercial a couple of weeks ago and liked the fact that they usually have all replacement parts needed on their trucks at the time of service. Which brings me to the Labor Day Weekend. Sunday, 9/5/21 my garage door would only go up 2 inches and then back down. I looked Precision up and was happy to find out that they were working this Sunday and immediately got an appointment for that same day.
