I truly appreciated Justin and his expertise is repairing my overhead garage door. Although I was shocked when he gave me the price, I am very happy with the quite sound of my garage door now. And not having to push buttons more than once to get the door up or down is such a relief. Especially with cold weather coming our way. He was very courteous, polite and professional and I would recommend his work any time. Thanks Justin... Pat J

This past Saturday I was preparing to leave and run a few errands. Our garage door was jammed, and I immediately knew I had to call to get it serviced. After calling several well know businesses (one which we had done business with for years) I felt that we were not given the best customer service!!! I remember seeing a commercial for your company, so I called and was able to talk with a live person who was so nice and told me that someone could come out that afternoon. She also said that there is no service fee, which made me very happy!!! Corey was assigned to come out to repair the door. My appointment was even moved up to an earlier time. Corey was so personable, assessed the damage and informed us what needed to be done, He was very knowledgeable and professional, and fixed the door perfectly. I know who we're calling in the future!!!!

Sean came to adjust the springs and motor after I installed an insulation kit on the door. He was pleasant, on time, knowledgeable and made sure I didn’t have any questions before he left. It was a pleasure having him here. Precision Garage Door is awesome and highly recommend to anyone.

My friend recommended Precision to me after he had his garage door fixed and was a good experience. Sean Ba was great. On time, professional and was so courteous to me. When we had to add the motor, after repairing the door, he explained all my options, and then was able to complete everything. What I really appreciated was how thorough and polite he was to me. Thanks for making a stressful situation much better. and of course the door works better than it ever did.

My garage door spring snapped causing cables to break as well. This happened Tuesday night. I went online to scheduled appointment and was surprised to see they had an opening the next morning. Brian showed up at 9:00 Wednesday morning and installed new opener, spring, cables, rollers, bearings. Total repair was installed in under 2 hours. These guys are good! Highly recommend.

I can’t say enough good things about this company. About a year ago I needed my garage door serviced and knew I would be replacing it within a year. I use precision garage door for the service. They did a great job so when it was time for me to get a new garage door I didn’t hesitate to call precision garage door. When the gentleman came out to give me a quote on a new garage door, he gave me multiple options at different price points, which I really appreciate he even came up with items. I had not thought of to make my decision easier when the garage door install time came communication was excellent and Elvis the installer did a phenomenal job. He communicated with me during the install showed me the panels before they were installed. After the product was installed, you showed me how to operate everything and even help me set up the codes on my keypad and where to hit the learn program button on the garage to program my car. I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend this company.

Brian showed up around 9 a.m. and had the garage fixed in no time. Greatly appreciate the help! Oh, and Brian is a Bronco fan, so that made even better. Thank you! Charlene Medina
