Great same day service and cheaper than a competitor! I originally called due to a broken spring but asked the tech, Stephen Zerkel to check both doors which are over 20 years old. He explained why certain parts needed to be replaced and which ones are ok for now. He is very knowledgeable, easy to communicate with and I learned a lot about how garage doors operate. I truly believe he saved us from potential disasters!

We called last night to ask for service and you sent repair man the next morning. We needed a new motor so we had him install it. He hauled off the old one he was very pleasant and did a quick efficient install. We are very pleased.

We can’t rate Precision Garage Doors highly enough! Justin came early on a Saturday morning to fix our half open and broken garage door. Our home was subject to security concerns overnight as it was open and we faced a field of homeless individuals camping across from our house. Justin assured us he could fix it and promptly and professionally did that. It was not an easy task for him, as Pueblo was experiencing very high winds. We are truly grateful for Justin’s work!

Justin was very professional and friendly. He analyzed the problem and explained it to us in detail. He gave us a couple different options and let us decide what to have done. Amazing service!! Super nice and knowledgeable service technicians. They explained what should be addressed now and in the future and what to watch for. I was able to get an appointment scheduled quickly. The technician called to say he was on his way and arrived when he said he would. He explained the problem and what he could do to fix it. He moved the light sensors on the small garage door. He checked other items and said they are fine. We checked it before he left & the door was closing properly. He was professional & personable.

Chris was extremely knowledgeable and great and the Office so friendly and responsive. I now have a garage door that works with my car and the remotes! I've used another company but was so, so tired of the brush-off and run around I was getting and the problem remained unsolved. Very happy to have found a new company.

I’m sorry to say you did not meet my expectations. I was totally misled as to the cost of replacing a spring and cables. Granted this was the only company open and available on a Saturday. I appreciated Joshua coming to my home. Once I was quoted a price of almost $700 I was not expecting it left me speechless. It did cost me $79 service fee to come to my home which I did agree to. I managed to find another company who charged less than half of what I was quoted. My suggestion to all who need service. Shop around before you commit. You probably will find a much better price.

He was able to fix my problem quickly and with ease.
