Technician came to assess door and provide an estimate on Saturday. He indicated he would call with estimate Monday morning after checking with door vendor on panel availability. Unfortunately we never heard back from anyone. Even if it was only to tell us the panels were no longer available. Disappointing. Also the tech. opened and closed the door manually and now it’s straining to open with the opener.

Our garage spring broke when we got home. And of course we were in panic mode in trying to find someone to come and replace the spring. We were able to find Precision online with amazing ratings. We contacted Precision and they were able to send someone over the next day which was amazing. Their quick response to help was so grateful. now I see why they have great ratings.
