We called on a Saturday because our garage opener was malfunctioning. We got an appointment time for the next day, Sunday. This was a relief that we didn't need to wait long. Communication was quick and simple. A message was sent when the technician was on the way and he arrived right on time. Cory was our tech. He was professional and extremely helpful when it came to settings up the remotes and keypad. We are so thankful for the quick and professional service from Precision service. Cory told us to call if we had any additional questions that came up later. Really appreciate the service we received. Thank you Precision Team!!

Hi Just wanted to mention couple of things. The estimate I was given was for one spring evidently. 235.00 installed. I think that should be mentioned when asking for a quote this is for one installed. Plus it was never mentioned that the bearing cost is not included I needed 3 because of the double springs. I've been using Precision Garage Door Service for about the last 8 or 9 years. These guys are absolute Pros. They replaced my door opener and done work on the garage doors. All of it has been done the same day as requested in the technicians have been amazing. It’s a rare to find a company today that provides 24/7 access for services. Kudos to you for providing it. Our technician, Steven arrived promptly, assessed needed repairs, and completely the installation of a new door opener in short order. He was thorough in his explanation of why the repair performed was necessary and gave us a detailed estimate before beginning his work. Stephen configured the new opener with our two vehicles and our external keypad. He also explained how we can utilize the Aladdin app to monitor our garage door activity — an added asset that provides peace of mind in the security of our home. All-in-all a very good experience.
