I chose your business because of your commercials (and I HATE most commercials). My wall unit opener was no longer working so I decided to get a new unit and also have a tune up after 20 years. Turns out that I have one of those "builder special" systems (Wayne Dalton) which no longer has replacement parts available. After speaking with Cody S., I chose to have a new system installed. Cody was very patient, professional, and personable and I trusted that he was being truthful about my options. After the new opener system was installed, he won the gold star by taking 5 minutes to help an old, non-techie lady install the opener in my car. I appreciate that you have a quick response to emergencies, give a military discount, and apparently hire trustworthy individuals. Thank you to Cody S. and to Precision!

On a cold Thursday morning after I dropped my daughter off at work, I came home to a broken garage door opener. THANK GOD I had Precision Garage door phone number in my phone. I was very happy with Jacob, the technician that came out to service my garage door. He was on time & he explained everything about my door & what he was going to do on this service visit & he did make a recommendation for my door & I was very pleased that he talked to me about the process & then he put in a strut for my door & he did all the other maintenance on the door & he told me the price it would be before he started working. I called because Precision put my door in many years ago & it still works. He was very polite, knowledgeable & did his work in a very short amount of time & then called me out to the garage so he could show me exactly what he did & the door seemed a lot sturdier when he was done. Ratings & a quick response was the reason I booked with Precision & I'm a happy customer. Thank you. No repair needed to be done, just regular maintenance. I purchased a strut.

Responsive and timely in setting the appt. My technician came early in my service window. The best part is after we talked everything through, he told me I didn't need his service, so save my money. Who does that these days? It's enough to earn my continued loyalty. I should note that I've had a few services with Precision, including a couple of tune-ups, a replacement door, and a replacement spring, all over the last 5 years or so. Jayson, the owner, helped me out once or twice. Good guy. Today it was Justin. No complaints, and plenty of praise for their work. The "service performed" option made me pick something, but that's not accurate. No service was performed, beyond a quick check/inspection, followed by the remarkable suggestion that no service was needed.

When I contacted Precision Garage Door, I was expecting someone to come give me an estimate and set an appointment. Mr. Blake arrived very friendly; professional and knowledgeable looked at my problem, told me and showed me what I needed repaired. Calculated the cost in which I agreed and Blake got to work right then and there and in no time, all was fixed. He stayed there to see that the door was working properly and told me I may need to replace the rollers sometime down the road. He also told me where to lubricate areas so my garage door can last for many more years. Now to me that is good, honest work and advice. Thank you, Blake.

Overall experience was positive - I did spend more that I had hoped for - thank you COVID. It seems like everything has tripled since COVID 19 - except my Salary :-( I recall having the same service performed (5) years ago for less than $300 - but everything including Automobiles / Shower Mod / Food / has all tripled in price. The installer was courteous / friendly and had pointed out a few issues that I should be aware of - they made sense and my springs / bearings were replaced. I would use them again if a need arises.
