I called Precision and, surprisingly, was able to get an appointment the same day ... very pleasant and helpful office staff. The technician (Brian) arrived on time and was courteous, friendly and professional. He determined my keypad opener was shot and replaced it. Additionally, he serviced both garage doors and answered my questions regarding current doors and motor condition. Also, he was able to give me ballpark numbers (and emailed them with receipt) should we decide to look into replacing doors/motor. Highly recommend and will use services again.

Great! Surprised to get a same day appointment to fix a 16 foot garage door that jammed and bent both tracks. Brian called 20 minutes prior to arrival, came on time. Very cordial and knowledgeable about his trade. He got our door fixed and straightened the tracks so we didn't need replacement parts. What we thought was going to be a very expense repair turned out to be very reasonable. Brian got the door working again within 2 hours. Highly recommend.

This is the second time Cory has helped me with my door. On both visits, he explained things thoroughly and gave me options—not pressure. Although the primary issue was a broken spring, since my double garage door is over 20 years old, and other parts were showing significant wear, I opted for replacing all the major components (except for the door opener). Cory had everything he needed with him, and did the work quickly and well. The door is working well and is quieter. I certainly recommend him and Precision Garage Door.

We called Precision Garage Door at 3:00 in the afternoon with a broken spring problem and both cars trapped in the garage. The office gave us a 4to 6 PM window for a service technician to arrive. Cory arrived about 4:30 and by 6 PM he had replace the damaged spring with 2 springs, new rollers and bearings. Cory did a top notch speedy repair job. A good company man! Jack Dammann

Precision Garage Door Service was awesome! I woke up one morning and hit the garage door button, something I took for granted obviously, and nothing happened. So, I pulled the emergency tab to unlock the door from the opener track and tried to lift the door, and I almost pulled my back as the door felt like it weighed 500 pounds. Called Precision and within an hour and a half Jayson showed up diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes and had everything on his truck to fix the problem without even knowing what the issue was. The issue was basically the entire lifting mechanism on the door, the spring, drums, everything needed to be replaced on the builder grade install as the spring snapped and the rest of the equipment was second rate parts made of plastic. Jayson came in and informed me of the spring issue and the need to upgrade the rest of the parts. He was precise and very informative throughout the process and helped me make the right decisions for my needs. I would recommend Precision Garage Door Service to everyone friend, family, or stranger as well as Jayson. Amazing experience from start to end.

All I can say is WOW! Have seen your commercials and really liked the product and the people. I called today because our garage door broke as did our opener. Not thinking this would happen, I asked if someone could come today and within a half-hour Mitch showed up at my door. So nice, no high pressure, totally impressed by his knowledge and willingness to explain everything. Your pull-out set up with door and opener samples was really impressive too. He helped us pick out the best door for the look we wanted and it has great insulation too. The opener is just what we need. Ready to order just need an ok from my HOA!
