Called at 9:00PM in the evening about a garage door main spring that had just snapped. Door totally inoperable and stuck. They had someone here at 8AM the next day and fixed by 10AM at reasonable cost. Great service and highly knowledgeable and competent repair person. Highly recommend them.

Well I've always heard about broken springs on a garage door and what a pain in the a** it can be. Well I called Precision Garage Door, and I was amazed. I was able to talk to a wonderful receptionist, who booked the appointment on the same day! Just a little while later Stephen was rining the doorbell. He was friendly, smart, and quick to take care of the problem. He gave me a quick quote that I agreed with, and he was working on it right away. In about an hour, (maybe less) he had solved my world's problems (the dredded garage door) and it was running smoother than when the house was built! Our garage door opener broke on a Saturday afternoon. I called up Precision and they were able to get a technician out to our house within an hour! I was shocked and pleasantly surprised. Justin, our technician, was so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He took his time to inspect all aspects of our door and opener to determine what had to be repaired and what was recommended but not required. Justin answered all our questions both before and after installation. Our new opener and tunes up door are working better then they have in years!
