He was very professional, had a great sense of humor, and replaced the spring in less than an hour. He also gave me great deal on replacing my door, which I ordered today. We chose Precision because my husband had heard good things about the company. We were absolutely not disappointed. Stephen Zerkel arrived with a smile on his face that never ended. We kind of threw him for a loop in asking if he could do more work on the garage than anticipated. He said he could do it immediately, which worked perfectly for us. He ended up doing a partial rebuild and replaced the operator. He worked efficiently and was done in no time. He was truly a delight and Precision is lucky to have him.
