We needed service on a Sunday, and they were able to come out right away when the company we normally use was closed for the holiday weekend and wouldn’t have been able to get to us for several days. This is the second time I’ve needed Precision to replace a broken garage door spring, different doors. Justin was the original tech on the first repair, and again arrived on time for this latest break. The man knows his job! He replaced all the moving parts, bearings, cables, rollers, and of course the main spring, all in less than an hour. Since I’ve only needed service twice and used Precision for both, I don’t know how their prices compare, I’m just extremely satisfied with the workmanship.

Extremely pleased. After concerns that my garage door would suddenly stop working I decided to give Precision Doors a try. My door was repaired by another company a couple months prior, apparently not correctly. I know why not warranty the work. Well they didn’t get it right the first time. I am pleased to say that Cory was a true professional. His knowledge and attention to detail eased my mind. He explained the process and got to work. Upon selection of the correct hardware it didn’t take long before he was done and ready to test everything. He ensured the door was balanced as to not put undue stress on the opener. He and even adjusted the garage door opener to ensure it opened and closed properly. In today’s economy people can’t afford to pay for shady work. There are some companies out there that have employees that don’t care or little knowledge to do the job. It’s trial and error when selecting a company. I’m pleased to say that I’m confident in the work Cory and Precision Doors did. I highly recommend them for your garage door needs.

We are in a new construction house and the builder had garage doors installed and didn't bother to let us know that our garage door openers had features we were completely unaware of, like cameras and voice controls. Also, the builder put an under powered garage door opener on our large garage door and the belt was too tight. It made loud clunking noises every time it opened and closed. I called Precision and as advertised, they came out the same day! Service was amazing. After first inspecting, we were quoted a very reasonable price and the technician took his time and explained everything and let us know about the additional features that were available on our garage door openers. He even assisted in setting up the app to control and view our garage from anywhere in the world. All I can say is, I made the right decision by calling Precision!
