Elvis was amazing! He provided excellent service and was very detailed every step of the process. Elvis took the time to explain what he was going to do before he started working on removing my old door. Elvis went above and beyond what I was expecting. He also explained to me that he had to do some extra work to accommodate the new door even moving my controller since it was not centered. Elvis went about his business with professionalism, honesty and integrity. He explained to me that he approaches every install as if he was installing it as his home. Spring broke and Precision was able to make a same-day house call to replace the spring, as well as worn rollers and incorrectly installed hardware. Called Precision Friday afternoon at 1:30 after my garage door broke and I couldn't get my ar out. Two hours later Steve came out and got the door open after about 1 hr. Unfortunately I need a new door, but they didn't charge me a dime for today's work. My old service company said they couldn't get here until Tuesday. Needless to say. I'm getting my new door through Precision. Plus they answer their phone 24/7. They just got a new customer and they deserve it!

I didn't think any garage door repair business worked on weekends but when I googled it, I saw precision garage door which worked on weekends for no extra charge. They were able to schedule me first thing on Sunday morning and Justin arrived right on time. He was very personable and professional. He looked at all parts of the garage door besides the broken spring and gave me a thorough diagnostics and estimate for repairs. I went with all the repairs as they definitely needed to be done but there was no pressure from Justin. He had all the repairs quickly fixed and we ran through all of the details and I was very satisfied with his work and dedication. Gave 5 stars and will definitely use Precision the next time I need a garage door repair at any day or time.

Omg! Justin was amazing! He was polite, funny, knowledgeable and professional. He was very through and let me know what needed to be repaired and why. He originally came to fix the broken spring/coil but ended up replacing the bearings and tightening the motor chain. He also mentioned that I would need a new door opening in another couple of years and recommended the new one. I’ll definitely schedule the replacement with precision door in the future!

First, I selected Precision via a quick internet search for garage door repair. I checked out their web site and decided to schedule an online appointment and got one for the next day. My expectation was for a repairman to come and replace my door springs since one spring was broken. Leigh L. was my repairman and he took time to evaluate the issues with my door, he inquired about door replacement and then provided quotations for door repair. He provided professional advice on door replacement, new opener options and pros and cons of spring, rollers and bearing replacement. Leigh did a great job and I was very pleased with the outcome. My new springs, rollers and bearings made the door opening and closing very smooth and quiet. Precision's quick response, BBB rating and Leigh L's professionalism with the door repair exceeded my expectations. All is good now!

Had Installed genie opener in January It broke 5 months later in June (optical wheel broke). Under warranty, but would not buy another genie. Tech and service great 5 stars. Gave it ,,4 stars due to poor quality vs defective product, warranty is 5 years I believe Wonder if it will last that long?
