Five stars all the way! When I initially called to make an appointment I received answers on the phone (such as price's of parts and service) that most companies are reluctant to tell. When Zeke the Technician arrived (well within the window of time given) he was helpful, informative, and professional. The quote was upfront with nothing being hidden. His work was fast and thorough. After his repair work was completed my garage door worked better and ran smoother than it ever has. If I ever have a problem with my door again, I know who to trust.

It was a pleasure to do business with these guys! One of our garage door springs broke and we needed a replacement quickly. It broke about 7:00 in the evening and Precision was able to get a technician out at 8:30 the next morning. Zeke did a complete inspection of our garage door and opener. GREAT EXPERIENCE! I called them at 9 am on a Sunday morning and they had a guy out there at 11 ! He saw that my door had simply popped out of track and fixed in about 30 seconds and made sure I knew how to fix if happens again...only a very reasonable trip charge. Would HIGHLY recommend !!!
