My new insulated garage was installed today. The door looks amazing and is very quiet. I wish I would have had a new garage door installed sooner. Justin arrived today on time as scheduled. He performed routine maintenance on our 2 garage doors. He found a couple of loose bolts and lubricated all the rollers which had become dry. No other problem conditions were found. I am pleased with the maintenance he completed. Rich Redfield

Precision kept me informed of when my appointment was scheduled via email and text which was extremely helpful to me. Precision sent me an email and text with the technician information. The technician was very friendly professional courteous and explained what needed to be replaces. The technician replaced the broken spring and stated that the garage door should not be used as often as it had been in the past until all repairs are completed.
