Jacob was very professional in presenting the key pad and operation, I have installed several key pads and replaced two openers and safety controls. I was really into his works. No stop and start moves, everything was as it should be. Keep up the good work. All in all, great raves.

Fantastic service all the way around. Everything went smoothly from scheduling the appointment, receiving the confirmation text and e-mails, receiving updates on the technician arrival and the technician arriving on time. Sean B. was awesome. An absolute master service technician. Professional, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. I appreciate how quickly Precision was able to get a technician out. We had a great experience with Precision! We needed service on a Sunday, and they were able to come out right away when the company we normally use was closed for the holiday weekend and wouldn’t have been able to get to us for several days. We were especially impressed that they don’t charge extra weekend or holiday rates, which was a huge plus. The technician.Sean, who came to our home was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain our options without making us feel pressured. He helped us upgrade our garage door opener and also replaced our springs, rollers and bearings. He really listened to what we needed and helped us determine what options made the most sense for our home and budget. The customer service from start to finish was excellent. We truly appreciated the quick response, fair pricing, professionalism, and quality of work. We would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing garage door service! Again. When calling Precision ask for Sean!!

This is the second time I’ve needed Precision to replace a broken garage door spring, different doors. Justin was the original tech on the first repair, and again arrived on time for this latest break. The man knows his job! He replaced all the moving parts, bearings, cables, rollers, and of course the main spring, all in less than an hour. Since I’ve only needed service twice and used Precision for both, I don’t know how their prices compare, I’m just extremely satisfied with the workmanship.

Cory was great! Diagnosed my opener and got it working within 30 minutes of arriving. Had another company tell me I needed to replace the opener with an overpriced quote. Honest, fast, and Precision earned my future business.

Justin H serviced both of our doors, replaced all the rollers and a bracket, and made adjustments. Both doors go up and down easily now. He was courteous, professional, and fun to work with. We chose Precision Garage Door because two people in the church recommended them due to past good service on their home garage doors.

Extremely pleased. After concerns that my garage door would suddenly stop working I decided to give Precision Doors a try. My door was repaired by another company a couple months prior, apparently not correctly. I know why not warranty the work. Well they didn’t get it right the first time. I am pleased to say that Cory was a true professional. His knowledge and attention to detail eased my mind. He explained the process and got to work. Upon selection of the correct hardware it didn’t take long before he was done and ready to test everything. He ensured the door was balanced as to not put undue stress on the opener. He and even adjusted the garage door opener to ensure it opened and closed properly. In today’s economy people can’t afford to pay for shady work. There are some companies out there that have employees that don’t care or little knowledge to do the job. It’s trial and error when selecting a company. I’m pleased to say that I’m confident in the work Cory and Precision Doors did. I highly recommend them for your garage door needs.
