The technician was on time and very professional. He did an excellent job as well as an estimate on an additional issue and quoted a very reasonable price for the fix. I will definitely use Precision for all my future garage door issues.

We used your service in the past and we were very happy with the service call then. So this is repeat business. Your technician, Stephen Zerkel, was very professional and courteous. John Gallerano is FANTASTIC! Friendly yet professional, makes you feel like he’s your best friend. A great guy! I like how Precision sends out personal information on the Tech coming to a house. Personalizing them and making them not just a technician coming to your house. So, thank you for being such a wonderful company!

I called Precision Garage Door yesterday to request a free estimate on a garage door replacement. They scheduled the estimate for today. The customer service and communication with everyone at Precision Garage Door has been superb. Andrew was the professional assigned to my job. He called me when he was on his way to my house this morning and he arrived as scheduled and on time. He was friendly and patient with my questions. He ran several scenario estimates for me and immediately emailed them to me upon his departure. No high pressure sales tactics. In fact, we had a wonderful conversation while he was here and I appreciate the time he took to explain everything to me. I’m still collecting quotes, but I wanted to leave this review now just to share how pleasant the initial contact experience was.

Your information on line says it all - fast response time, no extra charge for weekend repairs, discounts for military and seniors. Best of all very professional, knowledgeable, dependable and personable employees! Andrew is the best! On time, let me know he was on the way, he immediately knew what the problem had been he explained it to me and I really appreciate how precise he was since garage doors are complicated and actually very dangerous!
