Technician came to assess door and provide an estimate on Saturday. He indicated he would call with estimate Monday morning after checking with door vendor on panel availability. Unfortunately we never heard back from anyone. Even if it was only to tell us the panels were no longer available. Disappointing. Also the tech. opened and closed the door manually and now it’s straining to open with the opener.

Your high-quality website initially drew me to make the call. And they had the parts, while another well-known local company had a 2-week wait time for service! Superb Service..!!! I called in for a "tune up" for my newly installed garage door. Same day appointment,,, nice...... tech calls and arrived early,,, excellent... When the tech, John, arrived, he was polite, professional, and listened to my comments, questions, concerns.. John is very knowledgeable, he competently made adjustments to the springs, and adjusted the garage door opener settings.. he oiled the garage door and provided information on how I can perform basic maintenance..
