Our old(2004) garage door opener quit working. I called Precision and got an appointment for the next day. The technician arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. My husband thought the motor had gone out. The technician explained that the motor noise indicated that the motor was going out; however, when it would quit could not be predicted. He showed me the other parts that were worn and in bad shape. I decided to have it all replaced. The price was reasonable, and we got a military discount. We are very satisfied with the new system and the courteous and professional work of the technician .

Our garage door broke on a Friday night and we had movers scheduled for Saturday morning. We call Overhead Door Saturday morning and they couldn't come out, even on Monday to fix. We just sold our house and closing was on Monday. Truly frustrated as we had used that company for many many years. We then called Precision and they gave us three options for Saturday and were there right on time. Technician was awesome and had our door fixed better than new. I was amazed they could fix it as i was sure it 2as going to need replaced. Precision saved the day, the new owners of our home will have a hassle free door for many years to come. We're in the process of building a new home and I'll be looking for Precision to supply our new doors when the time comes. Clearly superior service and the care about making sure they can customers in their time of need.

Stephen was prompt, knowledgeable, discovered a number of problems, and explained everything in detail. Besides the problem I knew about, he found a number of other things wrong, mainly a general lack of maintenance by previous owners. He got everything working smoothly and we are so pleased. A little pricey, but with everything that was wrong, I'm not surprised. Certainly beats buying a complete new door and opener. Highly recommended. I will use again if needed.

If you need work done on your garage, call these guys! Service is amazing and customer service is on God levels! I am thankful to have Mitch take care of my garage last year and Stephen this year. Both of these guys were easy to talk to and put me at ease with my garage. Two different issues were taken care of by Precision Garage Door Service both times with heart. The most recent issue I called at 10:30 pm and a person picked up the phone calmly and reassured me my emergency would be taken care of and I had someone at my house the next day. I can't promote these guys enough.

Five stars all the way! When I initially called to make an appointment I received answers on the phone (such as price's of parts and service) that most companies are reluctant to tell. When Zeke the Technician arrived (well within the window of time given) he was helpful, informative, and professional. The quote was upfront with nothing being hidden. His work was fast and thorough. After his repair work was completed my garage door worked better and ran smoother than it ever has. If I ever have a problem with my door again, I know who to trust.

It was a pleasure to do business with these guys! One of our garage door springs broke and we needed a replacement quickly. It broke about 7:00 in the evening and Precision was able to get a technician out at 8:30 the next morning. Zeke did a complete inspection of our garage door and opener. Came out right away and, unlike your competitor, did not upcharge us for the same day service. Had the right size springs on hand and caught a bearing issue that could have caused more damage later if not detected. Mitch is a friendly and efficient service tech and gave us a military discount! Keeping Precision's phone number handy for future service calls!
