I had a graduation party on a rainy Sunday day and absolutely needed my garage to door to be able to open. Mitch was able to fix my garage door faster than I even expected. He was friendly and professional. I would absolutely recommend Mitch and Precision Garage Door to my friends.

I chose Precision Garage Door because when I called for an estimate all my questions were answered. I like the fact that the technical had the required equipment and parts available on his truck. That eliminated having to have a second service call. My spring replacement was done in a timely manner and your technician, Michael, was very helpful, answered all my questions and was very courteous!

I asked my friends and co-workers for recommendations then decided to do research on my own. I liked what I saw here: Veteran Owned, Discounts and good reviews! Michael was on time and provided a quote better than expected. He gave us good tips on maintaining our garage door; he also did some fine-tuning: lubricated moving parts, tightened the chain, changed the settings to provide more power, etc. I plan to recommend you to my friends, family and co-workers!

Mitch did a very good job and did work with me on items to meet our needs. Trouble spot was connecting the opener to the vehicle but after research, it got figured out. The warranty and a few other items procured, price was still a bit more than expected.
