Called me back within 30 minutes. Scheduled repair for the same day. Jason arrived on time and quickly diagnosed and repaired the issue. He was knowledgeable and courteous. Suggested a better type of lubricant (I had been using WD40). I could not have been more satisfied with the speed and quality of the service.

We had a rude awakening this morning. The garage door spring broke. Change vehicles because my car is now locked in the garage.Get to work and call precision because I remember seeing a commercial that said they have trucks loaded with the repair parts. Get the appointment made for 10-12 time line, I later got a call from Mitch saying he’s ahead of schedule and he will be there at 9:30. He gave us 3 potential options to work with. He was done in a little over hour and gotta say he was awesome to deal with. We would use precision again for sure! Thank you for the great response time! Rob and Sharon

I highly recommend Precision Garage Door; they were extremely prompt (less than 1 hour from call to office/serviceman on site), courteous, and most importantly - 100% honest! I had a very small issue ... my garage door sensors were slightly misaligned. My technician, Stephen Zerkel, immediately identified the problem and explained (after finishing his routine checklist) that's all that was needed. No attempt at upselling at all; just honesty. That goes a long way with me!
