Cory worked on my garage door on Apr.4th, 2024. The model of the garage door I have is apparently difficult to obtain parts for, and quite costly for the spring repair. Cory suggested a conversion kit, which is similar in design to most openers these days. This alone saved me money and made the door quite lighter and easier for my opener to "open", due to extra weighty parts I no longer needed. He is very knowledgeable in his craft, worked diligently and saved me additional money on parts he thought were still fine. I will highly recommend Cory and Precision Garage Door Service to all my friends and family. Integrity is nice to see in business again for a change.

Mitch was an absolute gentleman. He showed up early, assesses the issue, and gave several options with varying price options. He then drove to Denver the next day to get the part needed, and returned that afternoon to execute the repair. Amazing customer service!

Our technician Mitchell Fiewig was very professional in troubleshooting our garage door system. He recommended to either replace the computer board or the entire system. We decided since it was over 15 years old, we would replace the entire system. He was able to complete the task and even reset our garage openers in both cars. First and most importantly a real live person does answer the phone. Operators are very kind and helpful. The technician arrived on time, evaluated the issues and gave 3 different choices on the repair. He did show me every moving part of the door that was wearing out. I felt "NO PRESSURE" from the technician and was very thankful to actually be shown what was wearing. Mitch was a true professional. I strongly recommend Precision for your garage door repairs.

Our car nicked right side door seal while backing out. Precision Garage Door company came by to replace the broken seal. Service tech also noticed some loose rail bolts which he tightened, lubricated both garage doors, and adjusted light sensors without charge due to warranty. I am impressed with the quickness and detail that got our garage doors working the way they should. The insulated doors have kept our garage above 50 degrees so far this winter. The doors are rated R12+. Thank you Precision Garage Doors.

Thank you Precision! We called because our garage door was broken, and needed a new spring and motor. Your technician Andrew Macejak was dispatched almost immediately after our call (on a Saturday no less) and was on the scene right away. He gave us estimates with different price options nearly instantly and then performed the repair we requested with maximum efficiency. The work Andrew did was outstanding. It's been a week since the repair and everytime we use the door we're astounding at how quiet the door is and how quickly it opens and closes. I chose Precsion for the quality, sturdiness, high R rating, and esthetics. It's beautiful and with side mount motors, very quiet. Another feature I like is security with a locking pin that prevents attempted openings. Gives me a better feeling of security. The installers were very knowledgeable and professional. They answered all my questions. I don't remember all installers names except for Zeke, Jefferies, and Mitchell (who help me at the start with garage door selection.)

Precision Garage Door of Colorado Springs has very friendly staff that always provide great customer service and try to find ways to save their customers money. Awesome service! Our garage door broke on Sunday and I had called another place which they wanted a huge service fee just to come out. I called Precision and from the gal who answered the phone until the time the technician arrived I had nothing but great service from phone calls to text and emails with communication on when the technician would be at our house. My wife called Precision to come look at what was wrong with our garage door. We found them online and they were immediately responsive and came out the next day. Was given an 8am-10am window and was surprised when Stephen Z showed up right around 8AM after getting a text that he was on his way. Stephen diagnosed the problem fast and explained both the problem and the solution quickly and easily and at a level I would understand. I say that because Stephen is an expert at what he does but explained the issue in a way I would understand without talking down to me (I've had that happen with repairs before). The price for repairs were honestly less then what I would've expected and having Stephen at my house didn't feel like a hassle. I highly recommend Percision and Stephen it if you find yourself with Garage Door problems. I will personally be telling everyone I know to go to precision from now on. Great guy. great service.
