Sean showed up on time as promised and called ahead of time to let us know his arrival time. He had the parts and expertise to fix our issue, and presented us with different alternatives at different cost levels which was helpful. He spent extra time to diagnose and correct some other issues with our garage door opener to assure its proper operation, and gave us a quote for possible upgrade for our old garage door opener to a newer and more dependable model.

We had another garage door company look at the problem the night before and they were not able to find out what the problem was. I called Precision and they had someone out that day replaced our Liftmaster which was 14 years old and we could not be happier. We will be using them in the future to replace the other two.

Was able to make an online appointment for the same day; as their TV commercials advertised. And the Technician, Sean B, had all the necessary parts to do the repairs; also in the TV advertising. He provided me a thorough estimate for the necessary repairs. He did the repairs in under 45 minutes to include installation of 2 springs, ball bearings, cables, and 10 rollers, and lubrication. Asked if I had any questions on the completed repairs and if I had any issues with the remotes or the garage door opener. He was very thorough, professional, and courteous.

I some how broke my door opening or closing it. Within 2 hours, Cory Schweiger had arrived, repaired it and was on his way. Very quick turnaround. Not only did he fix the the issue, he walked me through everything and let me know of future issues I may have. Once those items fail, i will be giving them a call again.

I've been using Precision Garage Door for several years as in my opinion, they are simply the best in town. While other large companies have installed the original garage doors on two of my houses, I've found that when I have an issue that needs to be addressed, the other big companies are not readily available to come out and take care of your problem. In my latest incident, I simply went on Precisions website and two different options for the same day to have them come out and determine exactly what the problem was. This time, I had the pleasure of working with Steven Z, who found that the original (only 3 years old) garage door opener while installed correctly, the door tension itself was too tight and the door was out of balance creating additional tension when opening the door. That combined with an under-powered motor lead to its failure in just a few short years. They happened to have the right opener in stock and were out the next day to replace and at the same time, re-tension the door properly so that it was balanced correctly. The door now works perfectly and I look forward to many years of operation out of the new opener. While the other "big" company is fine, I have found that Precision is more customer focused and cares deeply about their customers, which is huge in my mind. As I told Stephen, I feel that Precision is a "Customer Service" company that sells and services garage doors. Couldn't be happier with the price and service that I received.

I called on Friday about 1 and they were here quickly, the rep was professional, the job was done in about an hour and the garage door is working well. The only downside is they are expensive! Wanted $500 for the job! We ended up paying $400. I guess that’s the price for quick service on a Friday afternoon.

My technician was fantastic. Unfortunately I've had several issues with both my LiftMaster and my genie system. This time they showed up, quickly determined that it was the keypad and fixed it with no charge. I love that they have same-day service and their technicians are always professional and courteous !

Cory worked on my garage door on Apr.4th, 2024. The model of the garage door I have is apparently difficult to obtain parts for, and quite costly for the spring repair. Cory suggested a conversion kit, which is similar in design to most openers these days. This alone saved me money and made the door quite lighter and easier for my opener to "open", due to extra weighty parts I no longer needed. He is very knowledgeable in his craft, worked diligently and saved me additional money on parts he thought were still fine. I will highly recommend Cory and Precision Garage Door Service to all my friends and family. Integrity is nice to see in business again for a change.
