The service technician arrived on time and did a thorough repair on our garage door springs. The call taker did not advise us that the technician would need to replace both springs; but the technician was very apologetic and explained the need to replace both springs. The total price was reasonable and the door works fine. Thanks

Nothings worse than when your garage door breaks unexpectedly, especially if you use yours like a front door like we do. Within 2 hours of calling, our tech John G. was at our door. He was curtious, knowledge and got our door working like new for a reasonable rate. I had no idea when I called that they are a veteran owned business but now that I do Precision Door Service will be our go to for all our garage door needs. I highly recommend John and his team for all your garage door needs.

I really appreciate the quick response and genuinely honest approach to fixing my garage door at the least expense. The guy was super nice and clearly a pro.
