My garage door was acting erratically. I called Precision Doors, and there was a technician the same day. He was just so friendly and professional, so efficient, and my door is better than ever! When I told my propane gas tech I'd called Precision, he said 'they are very honest, and very professional. You will be very happy with them'. And I certainly am, and will always call Precision for my door. I will add, that neighbors also spoke very highly of the company. Thank you, Cory!

Have called Precision three times and all have ended in success. Most recent, I needed to have the entire door opener replaced. I needed it ASAP. Fortunately, a repairman was in the area and could respond in an hour. I got the best of the three service men and he installed what I needed in less than an hour and a half. It works great and actually sounds better that most. Thankfully, they always have needed parts on the truck. Second time that has happened. Last time they had the rollers for my older door and fixed it the same day. I will not call any other company and I door recommend them to my friends.

I called Precision garage doors after waiting all day for another garage door Company to arrive. They never did. I spoke with Dakota and he was very helpful. Josh the tech called me to let me know he was running behind due to the work site he was at. I was very thankful he called to let me know. Josh was very kind in explaining my options. I decided to go with a brand new insulated garage door with Genie motor with WiFi capabilities. Josh was very helpful in talking about all my options as well. I would highly recommend Precision garage doors for your garage door needs. I’m looking forward to a quieter garage door with WiFi capabilities! Thank you very much!

I had seen the Precision Garage Door commercial a couple of weeks ago and liked the fact that they usually have all replacement parts needed on their trucks at the time of service. Which brings me to the Labor Day Weekend. Sunday, 9/5/21 my garage door would only go up 2 inches and then back down. I looked Precision up and was happy to find out that they were working this Sunday and immediately got an appointment for that same day. The Technician arrived when promised, assessed the problem and had my door up and running with in an hour. I would highly recommend Precision and will use them for future jobs.

I’m a return customer. You exceeded my expectations again. Took my call at 6:45 am. Got a tech, Stephen, out the same day. He had the parts and quickly, professionally installed the new opener. I’m thinking about new doors (wood grain) and will contact you when I’m ready. Thank again for your outstanding service!
