When we had to add the motor, after repairing the door, he explained all my options, and then was able to complete everything. What I really appreciated was how thorough and polite he was to me. Was quoted a 300 dollar price for a spring replacement and technician tried to upscale me to a 3000 dollar door replacement. NO THANKS! Called another company and had both springs replaced within an hour.

My garage door spring snapped causing cables to break as well. This happened Tuesday night. I went online to scheduled appointment and was surprised to see they had an opening the next morning. Brian showed up at 9:00 Wednesday morning and installed new opener, spring, cables, rollers, bearings. Total repair was installed in under 2 hours. These guys are good! Highly recommend.

I can’t say enough good things about this company. About a year ago I needed my garage door serviced and knew I would be replacing it within a year. I use precision garage door for the service. They did a great job so when it was time for me to get a new garage door I didn’t hesitate to call precision garage door. When the gentleman came out to give me a quote on a new garage door, he gave me multiple options at different price points, which I really appreciate he even came up with items. I had not thought of to make my decision easier when the garage door install time came communication was excellent and Elvis the installer did a phenomenal job. He communicated with me during the install showed me the panels before they were installed. After the product was installed, you showed me how to operate everything and even help me set up the codes on my keypad and where to hit the learn program button on the garage to program my car. I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend this company.
