I can’t say enough good things about this company. About a year ago I needed my garage door serviced and knew I would be replacing it within a year. I use precision garage door for the service. They did a great job so when it was time for me to get a new garage door I didn’t hesitate to call precision garage door. When the gentleman came out to give me a quote on a new garage door, he gave me multiple options at different price points, which I really appreciate he even came up with items. I had not thought of to make my decision easier when the garage door install time came communication was excellent and Elvis the installer did a phenomenal job. He communicated with me during the install showed me the panels before they were installed. After the product was installed, you showed me how to operate everything and even help me set up the codes on my keypad and where to hit the learn program button on the garage to program my car. I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend this company.

We woke up on Saturday night to a loud noise somewhere in our house. We never found the source of that noise, until Sunday morning when we tried to leave our house. Our garage door would not open. The spring broke and we were stuck at home. Being Sunday morning we were hopeless to get anyone out. We called 3 other companies. 2 did not answer, one quoted us $300 just to come out. Precise told us it would be $99 to come out but if we get the work done it would go towards our bill. Cory contacted us before arriving, showed up on time and had the work completed in less than an hour! We are up and running. Thank you Precise for taking care of us. We truly appreciate it, especially on a Sunday.
