I was looking and you seemed to have great reviews. After chatting online with a scheduler, Mitchell the technician called me within 30 minutes and he said he’d be there in an hour. He was able to fix my problem quickly and with ease. Very knowledgeable and great customer service as he explained every detail… even if I had questions he’d be sure I understood the answer.. thank you so much!!!

Josh Osborn was very professional. He diagnosed the problem immediately said he could fix it gave me estimates with options and after I chose he fixed it and was so much better. It was even quiet when opening and closing door. He was great.

My daughter found you on Google. Our repairman John showed up on time with coffee and breakfast biscuits. He assessed the situation and presented me with several options to repairing my garage door. After choosing one he got straight to work an finished in what seemed like a short time. It was a stress free pleasant experience. John’s work was excellent! My garage door performs better than it did when it was brand new, whisper quiet and solid. I cant say enough about John and the company I wanted to mention the work was done early on a Sunday morning at no extra charge!

Amazing service! I called precision because they offered same day service without the extra charge. The technician, Zeke, arrived less than 2 hours after I called. He was very friendly and courteous and diagnosed the problems right away. The quote was reasonable but more than I wanted to pay out of pocket since I'm renting. Zeke was patient while I got approval from the property manager and then went to work right away. Replaced the springs, bearings, cables and rollers in just over an hour. I will definitely be using Precision in the future if I need any garage door work.

You solved all my complications, by going to the place of necessity repair/upgrades, without me having to be present.
