I’m sorry to say you did not meet my expectations. I was totally misled as to the cost of replacing a spring and cables. Granted this was the only company open and available on a Saturday. I appreciated Joshua coming to my home. Once I was quoted a price of almost $700 I was not expecting it left me speechless. It did cost me $79 service fee to come to my home which I did agree to. I managed to find another company who charged less than half of what I was quoted. My suggestion to all who need service. Shop around before you commit. You probably will find a much better price.

Technician came to assess door and provide an estimate on Saturday. He indicated he would call with estimate Monday morning after checking with door vendor on panel availability. Unfortunately we never heard back from anyone. Even if it was only to tell us the panels were no longer available. Disappointing. Also the tech. opened and closed the door manually and now it’s straining to open with the opener.

Initially I gave a positive review, but I feel compelled to change it. I paid approximately $600 for a “temporary fix” until a new door is installed. My door has been intermittently getting stuck for well over a month now. I was told that the door would arrive at the end of February for an install in March. I asked for a status which went ignored for several days. I was told by Mitch that I could not cancel the order now. I can’t wait until March to have an operating door. I can’t keep having technicians come out to adjust the spring (it has already been worked on twice). I feel ripped off and will be reporting to the BBB if this matter is not resolved ASAP. I got an estimate from a competitor that can install a new door for less, and I won’t have to wait another month for results!

Bad experience. Precision just wanted to replace everything rather than fixing the problem. I have another vendor fixed my problem with limited cost. I'll not do business with Precision any more.
