I was told 1 hour advance notice of arrival, it was 15 minutes. Tech was rude smart ass and bragged to my tenant he was paid $82 per hour and sits his truck alot. Way over priced. Did not touch the existing opener.

Was quoted a 300 dollar price for a spring replacement and technician tried to upscale me to a 3000 dollar door replacement. NO THANKS! Called another company and had both springs replaced within an hour.

I’m sorry to say you did not meet my expectations. I was totally misled as to the cost of replacing a spring and cables. Granted this was the only company open and available on a Saturday. I appreciated Joshua coming to my home. Once I was quoted a price of almost $700 I was not expecting it left me speechless. It did cost me $79 service fee to come to my home which I did agree to. I managed to find another company who charged less than half of what I was quoted. My suggestion to all who need service. Shop around before you commit. You probably will find a much better price.

Technician came to assess door and provide an estimate on Saturday. He indicated he would call with estimate Monday morning after checking with door vendor on panel availability. Unfortunately we never heard back from anyone. Even if it was only to tell us the panels were no longer available. Disappointing. Also the tech. opened and closed the door manually and now it’s straining to open with the opener.

Bad experience. Precision just wanted to replace everything rather than fixing the problem. I have another vendor fixed my problem with limited cost. I'll not do business with Precision any more.
