Cory, the technician, was extremely helpful, professional, and informative about everything that needed to be done for our garage door. He clearly explained the issues and walked us through the repair process, which we really appreciated. He replaced a bracket and the sensors, and everything is now working perfectly. We had been opening the door manually for a few years, so finally getting it fixed has made a huge difference in our daily routine. The whole experience was smooth and stress-free, and Cory’s attention to detail and friendly attitude really stood out. My kids are especially happy and grateful to have a fully working garage door again, it’s something we definitely don’t take for granted anymore! Honestly, I think it opens quieter now than my fridge at 2am. If your garage door starts acting like it’s got an attitude problem, Stephen will fix it and probably restore your faith in competent humans while he’s at it.
