Was able to make an online appointment for the same day; as their TV commercials advertised. And the Technician, Sean B, had all the necessary parts to do the repairs; also in the TV advertising. He provided me a thorough estimate for the necessary repairs. He did the repairs in under 45 minutes to include installation of 2 springs, ball bearings, cables, and 10 rollers, and lubrication. Asked if I had any questions on the completed repairs and if I had any issues with the remotes or the garage door opener. He was very thorough, professional, and courteous.

Everybody told me that I needed a new garage door because my door would not stay closed. Corey came out and looked at it once and told me I didn’t need a new door that my opener was dying and that what I needed it was a new garage door opener. He was the only person that was honest and stood by what he said I will continue to use precision for all of my garage door uses. My door opens and close is fine. A new door was not needed. Thank you so much. With the times that we live in it is amazing that somebody with integrity will come along and help a neighbor. I recommend them 100%..

I was given Precision Garage Door name from a friend who had used your company previously. Happy to say they responded promptly to my call and a repair tech came out immediately the next morning (on a Saturday even) and even showed up at the beginning of the time window given which was greatly appreciated. Diagnosed issue immediately, needed a new opener as old system was 26 years old and finally bit the dust. Install took a little over an hour and technician even helped with setting up outside opener code as well as syncing the opener with my car. Then said I could call him if I needed additional help with the phone app to monitor and use system from my phone. All which was above and beyond the call for a great service. Will definitely recommend Precision to all my friends in the future.

We called on a Saturday because our garage opener was malfunctioning. We got an appointment time for the next day, Sunday. This was a relief that we didn't need to wait long.
