I called on Friday about 1 and they were here quickly, the rep was professional, the job was done in about an hour and the garage door is working well. The only downside is they are expensive! Wanted $500 for the job! We ended up paying $400. I guess that’s the price for quick service on a Friday afternoon.

Justin, the technician sent over the day after we contacted Precision, immediately identified the problem we were having, explained the issue and our options and drafted an invoice on the spot so we could weigh options. When we decided, we expected to be put on a list and scheduled for the opener install, instead Justin just said "I've got everything right now, if that's OK." and in 2 hours we had a new opener, springs and bearings. He also did some basic maintenance on the tracks and wheels while he was at it for good measure. Justin was a joy to work with and we really appreciate his professionalism and attitude as well as the quality work completed very quickly.

The spring on my garage door broke so I needed to call someone for service. A friend of mine suggested Precision Garage Door Service. I recognized this name as I remembered the commercial for this company which states "A Name You Can Trust" in the jingle. I assumed it could possibly take a few days to get an available technician here but I was initially scheduled for the same day service at 12:00pm and I called for service at 10:00am! I was shocked they could get to me on the same day that I requested service but then the technician texted me to say he finished his current job early and could be here by 10:20am! And he was here promptly at 10:20am! Justin totally checked out every part on my garage door and opener, made repair and service suggestions and explained the parts and reasons why I should replace or repair any parts now and which parts I could wait on as they were not too worn. He spent less than 2 hours replacing the torsion spring, bearings, Operator Reinforcement Bracket and rollers. Justin was very knowledgeable, efficient, communicated very well and made the entire process rather enjoyable! He has a great sense of humor and was very professional! I will definitely continue using Precision Garage Door Service for my garage door needs and will definitely refer them to my neighbors and friends as the company to go to when you need any type of repair for your garage door! This company is AWESOME!!!!

Justin was our service tech today. He was very friendly and professional. He evaluated the problem with our old opener and showed us that it was no longer in working order. He expalined the need for a new opener and how much it would cost, how long the warranty was and what we could expect from the new opener. We were very happy with the instillation, the explanation of the workings and the friendlyness if Justin. Great comany to work with.

Very impressive customer service. Our door broke on a Saturday. Not only did a real person answer the phone, she was able to schedule Sunday service. The tech was prompt and very pleasant. I don't normally write reviews, but I was so happy with the service, I felt I had to. This is how a business should run.

Cory was very pleasant, diagnosed the problem and recommended that the opener motor was my problem. He recommended the state of the art Liftmaster would satisfy me for years to come. He removed and installed the new unit, programmed remotes to the unit. I recommend Cory and Precision Overhead Doors for garage door needs Thanks Paul Matthies

The young man who came to give me an estimate was just great. He was quick and sent an estimate by email. He caught us sleeping in and was most gracious about it. I looked over the estimate and it was twice the amount I thought it should be, considering the materials involved. I wanted to give my business to a local company. Thanks, but no thanks.

Steven and Shawn came for a service call to look at my garage door opener that was giving me issues. They were very nice, respectful, and courteous. They even took the time to educate me on my system. I’ve called the manufacturer directly and had a hard time figuring anything out. They were thorough in explaining everything they were doing. I wish I could use them for all the handy man things in my house.
