Precision kept me informed of when my appointment was scheduled via email and text which was extremely helpful to me. Precision sent me an email and text with the technician information. The technician was very friendly professional courteous and explained what needed to be replaces. The technician replaced the broken spring and stated that the garage door should not be used as often as it had been in the past until all repairs are completed.

Thank you Precision Garage Door of Colorado Springs. Making an appointment on your website for service was easy to do and my appointment was scheduled for the following day. Your Tech, Cory Schweiger, was very informative as to what needed to be replaced due to the age of the parts to our garage door. He was not insistent on getting me to replace the parts and left the decision up to me. I did decide to have those parts replaced and he did an amazing job and on a timely manner. Thank you Cory for your job well done! Christy M.
