I was extremely impressed with Lee from Precision garage door. He was very helpful and informative and professional. I really never knew all that much about how the door functioned. Now I feel much more comfortable and 'in the know' as to what's going on and how to care for the garage door system. Thank you, Lee, for being such a help!

Well I've always heard about broken springs on a garage door and what a pain in the a** it can be. Well I called Precision Garage Door, and I was amazed. I was able to talk to a wonderful receptionist, who booked the appointment on the same day! Just a little while later Stephen was rining the doorbell. He was friendly, smart, and quick to take care of the problem. He gave me a quick quote that I agreed with, and he was working on it right away. In about an hour, (maybe less) he had solved my world's problems (the dredded garage door) and it was running smoother than when the house was built! Thank you Stephen, Precision Garage Door, and everyone who works there. You all are great! If I ever have a problem with them (garage doors) you are the only people I'll call. Thanks again for being so efficient!

Our garage door opener broke on a Saturday afternoon. I called up Precision and they were able to get a technician out to our house within an hour! I was shocked and pleasantly surprised. Justin, our technician, was so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He took his time to inspect all aspects of our door and opener to determine what had to be repaired and what was recommended but not required. Justin answered all our questions both before and after installation. Our new opener and tunes up door are working better then they have in years! We appreciate the 5 year warranty and would definitely use Precision again and would highly recommend Justin.

Our garage took a sudden dive. Precision’s schedule was clear and transparent. I felt like I was able to plan ahead with my day. Stephen Zerkel, our tech, was a pleasure to have repairing our garage. The man knows his stuff and shared some very useful tips for the upcoming winter season. Lastly, Stephen was on schedule for a certain period and thought of splitting his days up as my garage needed a lot of work and it was getting closer to the evening. Instead, he worked passed the hours of what was originally thought, he did so knowing tomorrow he didn’t have an open slot. Greatly appreciate the work you do!

The installation technician worked very hard to ensure that the necessary modifications to the opening were done. Our existing garage door was misaligned, making it a challenge to install the new door. Very pleased with Precision.

Our technician, Leigh, arrived on time and very quickly was able to diagnose the cause of the problem with our door (failure of the safety stop noted during a home inspection). He very efficiently adjusted the settings in our Genie door opener, so that the door properly stopped and then reversed when it encounters objects while descending. He also completed a full safety checklist to ensure there were no other issues we should be concerned about. We were impressed with Leigh's professionalism, the clear explanations he offered during his visit and we highly recommend Precision Garage Door.

Justin did a terrific job. He spent a long time getting my garage door working better than it had in years. He was very friendly and professional. I choose Precision because I had seen your ads on TV and saw that your company could usually respond the same day. I needed the door fixed because my car was trapped inside and I had things I needed to get done. I am really pleased with the service and will recommend you to anyone who needs their garage fixed.

My technician was fantastic. Unfortunately I've had several issues with both my LiftMaster and my genie system. This time they showed up, quickly determined that it was the keypad and fixed it with no charge. I love that they have same-day service and their technicians are always professional and courteous !

Will arrive within the mentioned time frame and access the issue with the door. Replaced the springs and recommend the cable and bearing be replaced also. I forgot to ask him why the springs were not centered on the pole. I have always seen dbl springs in the center in the past instances. Any response is appreciated.

I saw your company advertised on kxrm Fox channel 21 news. I was not having any problems but my garage door spring was over ten years old and the door mechanisms were over twenty years old. I just wanted peace of mind so I called Precision. Justin the tech gave me a fair estimate and I authorized the work. Well done! Will recommend to others.

I saw several people in my neighborhood recommending Precision Garage door of COS so I scheduled an appointment online, I was surprised at the availability so I was able to get my opener replaced in a timely manner. My technician Stephen was courteous and very knowledgeable which is hard to find these days. Overall I am happy with my service and would recommend Precision Garage Door of COS. I did not check around for pricing so I feel I got great service for a good price.

I was very pleased with the work Precision Garage Door Service performed for me. Leigh Licata was very professional providing me with options of what could be done, costs involved and pertinent safety considerations. More importantly he also provided information on what did not "need to be done right away". I appreciated that the most as he was not trying to upsell me other companies have done. I would recommend Precision to anyone who needs great service, performed by professionals who care. My garage was cleaner after Leigh was done than when he arrived. Thank you Precision.

The technician Will was on time and spoke to me about the various options. He went and got the parts to change out the spring system and helped reinforce the connection for the opener. He was very friendly and the work went quickly and smoothly for the quoted price. Highly recommend.
