Right before the new year i knew everyone was going to be busy. Called my usual company and told them the spring was broken. they came out the next day and charged me $69.00 to confirm that the spring was broken. then informed that they might get a spring in four to six weeks. Called Precision and they confirmed their trucks had springs so they scheduled the next day. really busy and through with their work they told me they were running behind and asked to come the next day. Stephen Zerkel arrived within the time frame promised and did a total check of my door and tracks. Made his recommendation and cost estimate and i accepted and he got right to work. i will in the future call Precision first and will recommend Precision to any of my neighbors in the future.

Precision came to fix my garage door because the light in my garage door opener stopped working and the door itself had not been right since I moved in. They came, listen to me, and when they heard about the light in the opener, that’s when they zeroed in on everything. Except for the door and the rails, I think everything else is new and it works like a charm! I am so happy with everything they did, I no longer see daylight inside the garage!
