I called Precision Garage Door yesterday to request a free estimate on a garage door replacement. They scheduled the estimate for today. The customer service and communication with everyone at Precision Garage Door has been superb. Andrew was the professional assigned to my job. He called me when he was on his way to my house this morning and he arrived as scheduled and on time. He was friendly and patient with my questions. He ran several scenario estimates for me and immediately emailed them to me upon his departure. No high pressure sales tactics. In fact, we had a wonderful conversation while he was here and I appreciate the time he took to explain everything to me. I’m still collecting quotes, but I wanted to leave this review now just to share how pleasant the initial contact experience was.

Needed to get a second opinion on our garage door opener and remembered seeing the commercial on TV for Precision. Decided to give them a call-Josh came out that afternoon and gave us his opinion of a situation plus a few options available. Decided on getting a new opener. Josh was out next day, went to work right away and was done in no time. He explained how to operate the opener and answered questions. Josh was professional and knowledgeable.
