We had a big problem with our garage door and needed help. Precision Door Co actually answered their phone immediately when I called, asked for details on the issue with the garage door and had a man here within a couple of hours! He LISTENED to our problem, checked out the damage, fixed the issue without needing to get an additional part and thanked us for calling them. Very reasonable rates and the professional they sent whose name was Cory could not have been better! It took him about 25 minutes and we are very pleased with the job he did.

A year ago, I hired Precision to perform significant repairs to my garage door. The experience was so positive, I called them again yesterday to install a new keypad outside my garage door. Leigh was very prompt, very friendly, and clearly knowledgeable. Turns out my keypad didn't need replacing, but did need Leigh's expertise to program it correctly, which took him a few seconds. :-) Leigh took time to check my entire garage door system, and pointed out some potential future maintenance that should be performed--including what the associated costs would be. I will not hesitate to hire Precision in the future. They are outstanding.

I first called another garage door company and got an answering machine! I hung up and called Precision Garage Door. My call was answered by a wonderful, helpful young woman. I told her my problem, a broken spring, and she said she could send someone out in the next 2 hours. Jayson came out and fixed our door. He was very professional, fixed our door and left after picking up all the equipment and old springs. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door to all my friends, They gave us outstanding personal service!

I just had a really great experience with Precision Garage Door. The schedulers who answered the phone were very nice and helpful and I was able to get an appointment within 1.5 hrs on a Sunday! The technician Mitchell was super nice and did a great job fixing my garage. He was able to get it repaired quickly, explained what he was, was just a nice guy. Cory worked on my garage door on Apr.4th, 2024. The model of the garage door I have is apparently difficult to obtain parts for, and quite costly for the spring repair. Cory suggested a conversion kit, which is similar in design to most openers these days. This alone saved me money and made the door quite lighter and easier for my opener to "open", due to extra weighty parts I no longer needed. He is very knowledgeable in his craft, worked diligently and saved me additional money on parts he thought were still fine. I will highly recommend Cory and Precision Garage Door Service to all my friends and family. Integrity is nice to see in business again for a change.

Logan was a complete professional and knows his garage doors well and answered every question I had. Installing the new keypad then programming the new key pad and extra door opener went flawlessly. I also asked for a quote to replace the current door with an upgraded insulated one with windows which he provided to me on the spot. Precision door service exceeded my expectations. My garage door broke on a Friday afternoon and Precision sent a technician out the next day. Mitchell Fiewig was my technician and identified the problem quickly…a broken shaft to the sprocket. He recommended a few products and explained with the Genie Professional grade was the best option….which i selected. When i inquired about the veteran discount, Mitch honored it and gave me additional discount. Mitch eventually completed the work in 1.5 hours. Precision Door service also gave me a 20 year warranty. Basically, a $1100 package cost me $800. Hopefully you get Mitch. I also made a follow up inquiry with the company leadership. I received a call from Jason Zortman, the Owner of the company. I value company’s that invest in their customers. Jason has that philosophy. Bottom line….i recommend Precision Door Service.
