Omg! Justin was amazing! He was polite, funny, knowledgeable and professional. He was very through and let me know what needed to be repaired and why. He originally came to fix the broken spring/coil but ended up replacing the bearings and tightening the motor chain. He also mentioned that I would need a new door opening in another couple of years and recommended the new one. I’ll definitely schedule the replacement with precision door in the future!

First, I selected Precision via a quick internet search for garage door repair. I checked out their web site and decided to schedule an online appointment and got one for the next day. My expectation was for a repairman to come and replace my door springs since one spring was broken. Leigh L. was my repairman and he took time to evaluate the issues with my door, he inquired about door replacement and then provided quotations for door repair. He provided professional advice on door replacement, new opener options and pros and cons of spring, rollers and bearing replacement. Leigh did a great job and I was very pleased with the outcome. My new springs, rollers and bearings made the door opening and closing very smooth and quiet. Precision's quick response, BBB rating and Leigh L's professionalism with the door repair exceeded my expectations. All is good now!

Had Installed genie opener in January It broke 5 months later in June (optical wheel broke). Under warranty, but would not buy another genie. Tech and service great 5 stars. Gave it ,,4 stars due to poor quality vs defective product, warranty is 5 years I believe Wonder if it will last that long?

I am very happy with their service. Corey was wonderful today. I am a former Overhead Door customer. You have to wait forever for their service. That is why I switched.

Excellent service, easy scheduling, and competitive rates. Corey was beyond outstanding! Very communicative regarding his arrival, found the problem immediately, gave me a tune up (adjusted my springs perfectly, it would not have passed a home selling inspection the way it was), and he was genuinely a really nice guy and incredibly polite….it showed that he has a great deal of experience. Online scheduling capability is awesome as well. I will definitely choose you guys in the future if I need some help (and Corey by name)!

Leigh was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. He gave us options to maintain, repair or replace and reasoning for each. He did not have the parts needed on the first visit, but was able to come back and finish at a convenient time the very next day. We are very pleased with the result!

I called Precision Garage and they were able to come to my house the following morning. The technician, Mitchell, was excellent. He clearly communicated what the trouble was and offered solutions. He was not a pushy salesman. He was able to immediately fix the problem once I decided which solution I was comfortable with.

We had a big problem with our garage door and needed help. Precision Door Co actually answered their phone immediately when I called, asked for details on the issue with the garage door and had a man here within a couple of hours! He LISTENED to our problem, checked out the damage, fixed the issue without needing to get an additional part and thanked us for calling them. Very reasonable rates and the professional they sent whose name was Cory could not have been better! It took him about 25 minutes and we are very pleased with the job he did.

Cory was on time (actually ahead of schedule and was courteous to call and ask if he could come earlier), professional and friendly. He showed me what was wrong and how he was going to fix it. He finished within the time frame he said he could and I am confident our garage door will continue to work well. Thank you for your prompt service, especially on a weekend!

Great product and people! We had Precision Garage Doors in Florida for hurricanes and now again in Colorado Springs for strong winds coming off the mountains. We like the superior quality of the doors, and also the responsiveness and friendliness of the people and their service. You can always count on this company to do things right!

A year ago, I hired Precision to perform significant repairs to my garage door. The experience was so positive, I called them again yesterday to install a new keypad outside my garage door. Leigh was very prompt, very friendly, and clearly knowledgeable. Turns out my keypad didn't need replacing, but did need Leigh's expertise to program it correctly, which took him a few seconds. :-) Leigh took time to check my entire garage door system, and pointed out some potential future maintenance that should be performed--including what the associated costs would be. I will not hesitate to hire Precision in the future. They are outstanding.

I first called another garage door company and got an answering machine! I hung up and called Precision Garage Door. My call was answered by a wonderful, helpful young woman. I told her my problem, a broken spring, and she said she could send someone out in the next 2 hours. Jayson came out and fixed our door. He was very professional, fixed our door and left after picking up all the equipment and old springs. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door to all my friends, They gave us outstanding personal service!

I just had a really great experience with Precision Garage Door. The schedulers who answered the phone were very nice and helpful and I was able to get an appointment within 1.5 hrs on a Sunday! The technician Mitchell was super nice and did a great job fixing my garage. He was able to get it repaired quickly, explained what he was, was just a nice guy. I would definitely recommend your services to family and friends! Thank you so much for your help.
