A technician arrived within 18 hours of my initial call which was very appreciated because my door would not go up or down. He also came out on a saturday morning at 9:00 am which was not expected. He provided me with three different options for repairing the problem and had it completely resolved within 2 hours of arriving.

Garage door hadn’t been serviced for a few years and had become rather noisy. I saw Precision commercial on a local channel, checked their ratings and website and called. Saturday night and I had the call answered within 3 rings offering me service the next day, Sunday! The guy on the phone was very polite, experienced and helpful. I got email confirmation and text. Today I was called and text letting me know the technician, Mitchell, was on his way. Mitchell was very polite, respectful and gave me 3 options of recommended repair. No pushy sales banter, very relaxed and comfortable when he showed me what he recommended. Pricing wasn’t that bad either so I asked him about the remote (only worked in dry weather). He had one he could install during the visit so I got more than I’d planned with great satisfaction! Thank you for the exceptional service I received today. Definitely use Precision again and will recommend anyone who needs a garage door repair to use them also. Very professional company.

Precision went above and beyond the call of duty for the manner they repaired our garage door spring. They came out promptly on a Saturday afternoon and had the whole job done in about a half hour. They also serviced and adjusted the door during the same visit. They answered all of my questions. They were very courteous and thorough. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them! I asked my friends and co-workers for recommendations then decided to do research on my own. I liked what I saw here: Veteran Owned, Discounts and good reviews! Michael was on time and provided a quote better than expected. He gave us good tips on maintaining our garage door; he also did some fine-tuning: lubricated moving parts, tightened the chain, changed the settings to provide more power, etc. I plan to recommend you to my friends, family and co-workers!

Mitch did a very good job and did work with me on items to meet our needs. Trouble spot was connecting the opener to the vehicle but after research, it got figured out. The warranty and a few other items procured, price was still a bit more than expected.
