They as quick to get down and fix my springs however about double the price as other garage service. We was able to wait the week for the other company. The other company was $385 to replace two springs this company was $785.

Service is superior! Called mid-afternoon on a Friday and Stephen arrived only a couple hours later to fix my broken garage door. He was awesome! Very friendly and personable! Went above and beyond! We had dinner reservations and had planned a date night for the first time in years and he was able to get the job done with plenty of time to spare to get to the restaurant. I don't typically leave reviews but Stephen and Precision Door deserved one! Job well done!

Precision came to fix my garage door because the light in my garage door opener stopped working and the door itself had not been right since I moved in. They came, listen to me, and when they heard about the light in the opener, that’s when they zeroed in on everything. Except for the door and the rails, I think everything else is new and it works like a charm! I am so happy with everything they did, I no longer see daylight inside the garage! It was a job well done and I’m sorry I waited so long.

After a door inspection, the recommendation was to replace bearings, rollers, and of course the broken spring. I said yes to all. Garage door now operates much more smoothly and is quieter. Awesome service! Our garage door broke on Sunday and I had called another place which they wanted a huge service fee just to come out. I called Precision and from the gal who answered the phone until the time the technician arrived I had nothing but great service from phone calls to text and emails with communication on when the technician would be at our house.
