Awesome service! Our garage door broke on Sunday and I had called another place which they wanted a huge service fee just to come out. I called Precision and from the gal who answered the phone until the time the technician arrived I had nothing but great service from phone calls to text and emails with communication on when the technician would be at our house. The technician was professional and kind and the prices were fair. I would absolutely use them again.

I called Precision Door for help with my Liftmaster and the MYQ app. It takes 2 people to sync the process. Stephen Zerkel was the assigned technician. He called me prior to arrival and changed a light bulb on the Liftmaster but had never worked with the App. I lost the app and my opener secondary to a city wide outage of power. I could not retrieve the app and Stephen offered me many suggestions. When we were unable to accomplish it he stated he would call his boss for help. He and I decided to keep trying different approaches and then were successful. His willingness to pursue the problem despite no experience was a definite plus for me. He was kind and courteous and definitely a fine representative of the company. He should not only be given a pay raise but also a promotion for his persistence in solving the problem that he was not prepared for.

I was pleased to get an appointment today, other places I have dealt with in the past seldom had appointments, The technician John G. is very knowledgable and friendly. He was able to diagnose my issue quickly and made necessary adjustments resolving the issue we had with the door not closing. He also provided a lot of useful information for maintaining my garage door. If I have any other issues, I would use Precision Garage Door of Colorado and request John again.

My wife called Precision to come look at what was wrong with our garage door. We found them online and they were immediately responsive and came out the next day. Was given an 8am-10am window and was surprised when Stephen Z showed up right around 8AM after getting a text that he was on his way. Stephen diagnosed the problem fast and explained both the problem and the solution quickly and easily and at a level I would understand. I say that because Stephen is an expert at what he does but explained the issue in a way I would understand without talking down to me (I've had that happen with repairs before). The price for repairs were honestly less then what I would've expected and having Stephen at my house didn't feel like a hassle. I highly recommend Percision and Stephen it if you find yourself with Garage Door problems. I will personally be telling everyone I know to go to precision from now on. Great guy. great service. Our old(2004) garage door opener quit working. I called Precision and got an appointment for the next day. The technician arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. My husband thought the motor had gone out. The technician explained that the motor noise indicated that the motor was going out; however, when it would quit could not be predicted. He showed me the other parts that were worn and in bad shape. I decided to have it all replaced. The price was reasonable, and we got a military discount. We are very satisfied with the new system and the courteous and professional work of the technician .

Our garage door broke on a Friday night and we had movers scheduled for Saturday morning. We call Overhead Door Saturday morning and they couldn't come out, even on Monday to fix. We just sold our house and closing was on Monday. Truly frustrated as we had used that company for many many years. We then called Precision and they gave us three options for Saturday and were there right on time. Technician was awesome and had our door fixed better than new. I was amazed they could fix it as i was sure it 2as going to need replaced. Precision saved the day, the new owners of our home will have a hassle free door for many years to come. We're in the process of building a new home and I'll be looking for Precision to supply our new doors when the time comes. Clearly superior service and the care about making sure they can customers in their time of need.
