I was referred to them by a friend. Waited for overhead door for 7 months for a lift spring. Went to precision, they looked at my matching spring n said it would be a month and they would make one. It was a month and 2 days from order to install. Excellent price, terrific service! Now my 2nd door is functional! THX PRECISION! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Everything about my experience was fantastic! i woke up last Friday morning (4/1) to find one of my door springs broken. I called the company I had been using for 18 years and the earliest they could help me was in a week. I remembered seeing your TV commercial and gave you a call. They had somebody out that afternoon. The tech, John Gallerano III, arrived when promised. John was professional, polite and informative. There was a lot more wrong than just a broken spring. He gave me options for the work. I selected my preferred option and he set to work. Everything was installed and works great. John also left the site cleaned up. I've found a new garage door repair company! Thanks.

I never feel like the staff is trying to upsell more but provide honest feedback. They respond quick to garage doors issues with timely resolution of issues. Stephen Zerkel far exceeded our expectations. Not only did he solve our problems, but he took the time to explain the reasons for his recommendations. What started out as a broken garage door spring turned out to be a bigger job and Stephen adjusted his schedule to accomplish it all. Stephen replaced the garage door spring, rollers, garage door opener, remotes and wall control. (All were over 20 years old) Stephen's professionalism, knowledge, communicative arts skill, combined with his exceptional customer service skills are a great credit to your organization. My garage door spring broke on a Saturday. The earliest the competition could come out was two weeks later, but offered to come out the same day if I was willing to pay an emergency fee of $300. I called Precision and they not only didn't have an emergency fee, but they were able to come out the same day. John arrived in less than an hour, diagnosed the problem and had the necessary parts with him to complete the repair. Thank you John for your excellent customer service!

I chose Precsion for the quality, sturdiness, high R rating, and esthetics. It's beautiful and with side mount motors, very quiet. Another feature I like is security with a locking pin that prevents attempted openings. Gives me a better feeling of security. The installers were very knowledgeable and professional. They answered all my questions. I don't remember all installers names except for Zeke, Jefferies, and Mitchell (who help me at the start with garage door selection.)
