We used your service in the past and we were very happy with the service call then. So this is repeat business. Your technician, Stephen Zerkel, was very professional and courteous. He took his time to explain everything before work began and finished in the time frame promised. Reards, Mr. & Mrs. TJ Wright

John Gallerano is FANTASTIC! Friendly yet professional, makes you feel like he’s your best friend. A great guy! I like how Precision sends out personal information on the Tech coming to a house. Personalizing them and making them not just a technician coming to your house. So, thank you for being such a wonderful company!

I called Precision Garage Door yesterday to request a free estimate on a garage door replacement. They scheduled the estimate for today. The customer service and communication with everyone at Precision Garage Door has been superb. Andrew was the professional assigned to my job. He called me when he was on his way to my house this morning and he arrived as scheduled and on time. He was friendly and patient with my questions. He ran several scenario estimates for me and immediately emailed them to me upon his departure. No high pressure sales tactics. In fact, we had a wonderful conversation while he was here and I appreciate the time he took to explain everything to me. I’m still collecting quotes, but I wanted to leave this review now just to share how pleasant the initial contact experience was.

Needed to get a second opinion on our garage door opener and remembered seeing the commercial on TV for Precision. Decided to give them a call-Josh came out that afternoon and gave us his opinion of a situation plus a few options available. Decided on getting a new opener. Josh was out next day, went to work right away and was done in no time. He explained how to operate the opener and answered questions. Josh was professional and knowledgeable. I will recommend Precision to anybody who asks if we know of a good garage door business.

We really like Josh. He explained everything he did and about the parts and why they were important. He is such a nice young man and very efficient. From our initial call to Josh finishing the job was less the 24 hours. We are impressed and many thanks for a good job. Will definitely recommend your company. The Cary's

One of the first "comments" -- I appreciate when someone gives us the time and then shows up at the time given. It is nice being able to believe the schedule. Jayson -- the service person, was polite, courteous, and professional -- and answered all my questions. This sort of service is greatly appreciated. Thank you -- John (not Mrs) Gallagher.
