Thank you Precision! We called because our garage door was broken, and needed a new spring and motor. Your technician Andrew Macejak was dispatched almost immediately after our call (on a Saturday no less) and was on the scene right away. He gave us estimates with different price options nearly instantly and then performed the repair we requested with maximum efficiency. The work Andrew did was outstanding. It's been a week since the repair and everytime we use the door we're astounding at how quiet the door is and how quickly it opens and closes. Thanks to Andrew for his diligent work! 5 star service, and excellent workmanship all around.

I had the best experience with a local service provider in a long while with the Precision Garage Door Service, starting with the a very pleasant and professional lady who answered my call. She listened carefully and scheduled a technician to check my damaged garage door immediately on the same day. Stephen came right on time. He checked the damaged garage thoroughly and gave me an estimate that looked reasonable. He was thoroughly professional, very friendly and very upfront. At the end, I was very happy to see my garage repaired and it was all done on the same day I made the call after I goggled for garage door repair. I will not hesitate to seek out the Precision Garage Door Service for all my future garage door needs. I want to thank Stephen for the wonderful service he provided me in restoring my garage to a fully functioning garage door. He was the best and I thoroughly enjoyed the chance to interact with him. Thank you for the great service in the most efficient way it was provided.

Andrew was promt and was kind enough to let me know when he was heading my way. He was honest, polite and provided me with several options on how I can fix my door. By the time he had arrived, my issue had seemed to go away, so Andrew went through and checked to make sure everything was safe and provided us with all the information I will need when it comes time to purchase a new door. Andrew was a true professional and very easy to work with. I highly recommend him and Precision door.

Technician came to assess door and provide an estimate on Saturday. He indicated he would call with estimate Monday morning after checking with door vendor on panel availability. Unfortunately we never heard back from anyone. Even if it was only to tell us the panels were no longer available. Disappointing. Also the tech. opened and closed the door manually and now it’s straining to open with the opener.

Mitch was courteous, professional, friendly, and answered all my questions. He arrived within a hour of my initial call. I liked that he called to say when he would arrive. He gave me three options, and I went with just springs. No pressure to go with higher end fixes. I got texts and emails from the company, before and after the service as well. The electronic invoice arrived a couple minutes after the service. Considering that the cost and availability of parts has gone way up during the past year or so, Precision's price was competitive. Your high-quality website initially drew me to make the call. And they had the parts, while another well-known local company had a 2-week wait time for service! Thank you Mitch, and Precision, for running a quality company!

Technician was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable about my door. He replaced my broken springs with better, stronger, longer lasting springs and made suggestions about how to improve the reliability of the door for years to come. He replaced inferior parts with stronger, more durable parts so I don’t have another breakdown at a bad time. Thank you Precision!!

Superb Service..!!! I called in for a "tune up" for my newly installed garage door. Same day appointment,,, nice...... tech calls and arrived early,,, excellent... When the tech, John, arrived, he was polite, professional, and listened to my comments, questions, concerns.. John is very knowledgeable, he competently made adjustments to the springs, and adjusted the garage door opener settings.. he oiled the garage door and provided information on how I can perform basic maintenance.. I am very happy with the service I received,, it was perfect from the time I called to the time the tech finished his work.. Thanks to John and the entire Precision Staff..
