Just had my broken springs replaced by this company. I called at 9 am, had an appointment for between 10 and 12 today. The technician called at 11 and promptly had my repairs dome within a short time. He was able to work with me on the pricing and warranty. The got my 50 year old door working perfectly. I will always use this company.

I'd like to give a shout out to Precision Door Company! My experience this week was great! I got online and was looking for a dependable and inexpensive maintenancing on my garage door. They were very quick in getting back to me online, I was at work when I made the appointment. I got a reply email scheduling a date with the name, first and last of the technician that would be helping me. I really liked that they described him and his background inside the email with the appointment, it made me feel more comfortable. They text me when he was on his way. When he pulled up, he introduced himself as Stephen. He was very down to earth and explained a few things to me. He did the maintenance on the door as I watched and he answered all of my questions. My wife and I had used another garage door service for many years. We contacted Precision a couple of years ago to repair a broken spring, and to do a service. We were very satisfied. Recently the garage door opener began working erratically. Precision was called and the service man, Stephen Zerkel, inspected the system. His conclusion: the entire Opener system needed replacement. He explained everything that needed to be replaced. Stephen completed the job very satisfactorily, demonstrating clearly how everything worked. We are very satisfied. David Cook

I had a problem with my garage door not closing. I tried what the web site said to do and still could not get it to close correctly. So called and made an appointment, it was late afternoon and they could not fit me in so they gave me an appointment for the next day between 8-10. The tech Stephen called me about 10 minutes before arriving. When he arrived I showed him what the door was doing and explained what I had done to try and correct it. Stephen look at the door and the sensors and said he would be right back. He got two new brackets for the sensors and put them in place, and the door ran correctly after that. He was very friendly and explained things he was doing very well. Also, very efficient in his evaluation and correction of the problem. Precision Garage installed this opener last summer and did a great job at that time in one call to my house. I would definitely recommend both Precision Garage Door Company and Stephen.

Jason was a life saver! Our pet sitter Danielle couldn't raise the garage door and called us while crying. We reached out to you yesterday afternoon and we were able to have Jason come out this morning. We asked him to move our Chevy Malibu, giving him access to inside our home to get our car keys. Jason explained what needed to be done and we authorized the repairs. We stayed online with Jason as he completed the repairs, then explained the new key pads and features. We had our garage door spring break on Sunday. We contacted out home warranty company and they couldn't get to us until over a week later which was not good. We have a heavy wood door and it takes several of us to open this beast. Anyway we contacted Precision Garage Door on Monday and they were able to come out that same afternoon. Sean Barron was the tech and he shared a lot of information with us and made some recommendations. Well he had all the parts necessary to fix the door and we did agree with several recommendations to help with the performance of the door and the noise level. Well Sean got to work and got it all fixed in a very short time. He was fast and efficient and even clean everything up before leaving. The door has never been this quiet before, what a change. We recommend Precision for fast and professional service!

I've had LiftMaster garage door openers ever since I bought this condo. They've always been noisy! No matter what Precision Door did, the thing was always noisy. Steve Z. came today, talked with me, heard my concerns and suggested that maybe a Genie door opener would be better. I wasn't thrilled about spending the money (after all, I had a new LiftMaster put in about 5 years ago). But I am SO glad he suggested it. It is so very quiet. He said he wanted to see the smile on my face when he was done and I think I was grinning ear to ear! I am much appreciated to you Steve...for hearing my concerns and pointing me in the right direction.

I’m a previous customer of a replacement garage door and opener, and was highly satisfied with the quality of work, product and competitive price. As a 21 year resident of our neighborhood, retired military and senior citizen, many of my housing association neighbors routinely request my advice on hiring local home repair companies. Today my garage door was damaged and the company sent out a repairman. The needed repairs were minor and the representative completed the work in no time. I was subsequently charged $400 for 30 minutes of work (or $800 an hour). I understand the work was done on a Sunday and employers have to pay employees more on weekends. However $400 is not only excessive, it’s stealing! I can no longer in good conscience recommend Precision Garage Door to my hundreds of HOA neighbors or friends in the local area!

Quick, quality service from Precision Garage Door Service. I had previously used Overhead Door in Colorado Springs and was generally satisfied, although maintenance and repair costs were fairly high. When a spring broke on our two-car garage door, the door became impossible to open — even manually. I decided to explore other garage door companies in town and scheduled an appointment online through Precision’s website on Sunday. By 8:30 Monday morning, Brian S. arrived right on time. He performed a thorough inspection and clearly explained the repairs that were needed. In just over an hour, he replaced both springs, the track rollers, and the end bearing plates. The difference was immediate — the door now operates much more smoothly and quietly. Very professional experience from start to finish. Precision Garage Door has earned my business for future repairs and eventual opener upgrades.

Unfortunately I am not overly pleased with your company, being I strongly believe I was over charged for the repair service that was done on my garage door. The price I was quoted was about 650, but did get about a 30 dollar discount with a total bill of 620 after all was said and done. Based on my research to have the bearings and a coil spring replaced should run around 300 to 450 depending on the door. Being mine is very basic, I would believe it would be on the lower end of the scale. So as previously stated I do feel I was considerably over charged for this service. My fault for sure not getting an up front quote prior to the service person arriving at my home. Lesson learned for sure! I will definitely let others know to shop around before selecting a company to do this type of work.
