Precision Garage door Service was very helpful in getting us an appointment late in the day to address our garage problem. Justin, our service technician, was very personable and quickly diagnosed our problem. He fixed our garage door problem and even helped reset our Home Link system in our vehicles to operate the new garage door. I forgot to ask him why the springs were not centered on the pole. I have always seen dbl springs in the center in the past instances. Any response is appreciated.

Called Precision Friday afternoon at 1:30 after my garage door broke and I couldn't get my ar out. Two hours later Steve came out and got the door open after about 1 hr. Unfortunately I need a new door, but they didn't charge me a dime for today's work. My old service company said they couldn't get here until Tuesday. Needless to say. I didn't think any garage door repair business worked on weekends but when I googled it, I saw precision garage door which worked on weekends for no extra charge. They were able to schedule me first thing on Sunday morning and Justin arrived right on time. He was very personable and professional. He looked at all parts of the garage door besides the broken spring and gave me a thorough diagnostics and estimate for repairs. I went with all the repairs as they definitely needed to be done but there was no pressure from Justin. He had all the repairs quickly fixed and we ran through all of the details and I was very satisfied with his work and dedication.
