Your technician advised us that our garage door was a brand they would not be able to order parts for and subsequently would not be able to make the necessary repairs. He recommended we call the manufacturer to discuss our problem. However, he was able to repair the door to create a safe and secure closure, at no charge. We really appreciated his honesty and the extra time he spent making the damaged door secure.

I've seldom dealt with a company that's been more accommodating than Precision Garage Door. My phone rep was respectful and flexible in meeting my schedule. I was also fortunate enough to have had Mr. Stephen Zerkel as my service technician. Stephen evaluated my current issue then presented me with his recommendations. Stephen was on-time, thorough, effective and listened to me describe my initial service needs. His repairs were clean, rapid and results oriented. He didn't try to upsell me, rather, he provided options that may be needed in the future. I've have always used the "other" well known company for installation and repairs in the past. No longer. Precision is now my "go-to" garage door company. Well done Stephen!

GREAT EXPERIENCE! I called them at 9 am on a Sunday morning and they had a guy out there at 11 ! He saw that my door had simply popped out of track and fixed in about 30 seconds and made sure I knew how to fix if happens again...only a very reasonable trip charge. Would HIGHLY recommend !!!

I had one of my springs break on my garage door this morning. I called both Ankmar and Overhead Door and they both wanted to charge me $250 for an emergency repair plus the cost of new springs and labor. I then called Precision Door and no emergency repair charges. Stephen Zerkel came within 2 hours of my phone call. Stephen replaced both springs with no issues and was very pleasant to talk to. Thank you so much for getting this repaired quickly.

Zeke Isreal was my tech. He called ahead to let me know he was on his way. When he got here, he immediately went to work. He repaired my door I crashed into very quickly. He looked at the other door and repaired a wire. Everything was so easy for him. I was very impressed with the company and pleased he was able to repair it and I didn’t have to replace it. Our garage door spring broke and it was a Saturday. Mitch from Precision Garage door was at our house within 2 1/2 hours of me calling. He was so professional and friendly. He listened to me and was able to quickly assess why we have had 2 broken springs in 5 years. He gave us a few different estimates to fix the problem and explained the warranty information. Once we chose the option we wanted, he had the work done in about an hour. He was wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door.

Excellent work. I am a first time customer. Project was a belt drive garage door opener install on a new pole building. Service was on time as promised, and several text messages were provided as reminders. The technicians were professional, knowledgable, courteous, and friendly and cleaned up the area thoroughly after the were finished.
