Zeke and Steven hit it outta da park. Grand Slam! Volunteered to replace lightbulb and reposition attic loose attic cover. Showed me two choices re: repair estimate. Let me decide. Most definitely will be recommending. First time I’ve called Precision after calling others who had openings late Friday. Called Precision 4:30 pm Monday and Technicians arrived Tuesday night on time 9:00am!

Called because my opener wasn’t working correctly. Was able to get an appointment quickly and easily. The technician communicated with me well in advance of his arrival, giving me a more specific expectation of when he’d get here. He was prompt, professional, and followed all the COVID protocols just as the company said he would. He quickly confirmed the problem, and explained that he could provide a temporary fix, but that it would cost nearly as much as just installing a new unit. Not the news I was hoping for (though I had suspected I was going to need to replace the unit) but he explained my options well, and I was comfortable moving forward with the new install. He was prepared with the new unit, there was no waiting or return visit necessary, and the installation was quick and easy. I spent more today than I had hoped, but I have no concerns or regrets. I was very happy with every step of the service I received and would recommend Precision to anyone.

Zeke Isreal came out to address my broken spring - I'd just discovered it this morning, and was able to make an appointment for after work today! Zeke was great, the kind of friendly guy who puts you at ease right away; he quickly assessed my situation, and I decided to go with two new springs and three new bearings (center and both ends), one of three repair options he offered. He worked quickly and efficiently, the results look top-notch and function like the door was new again. I highly recommend Precision for garage door work, they'll be my choice if I ever need service in the future.

Bruce was very congenial, but I felt he was not in the repair business, but here to sell me a new unit. My opener is 6 yo and I do not believe that no repair parts are available. $661 remove and replace opener. Really. Hope they aren’t blaming Covid.

I called the morning of 8-14-20 and was given a window of 10 to 12. Bruce actually called and came early. Bruce then checked out the garage door and listened to my concerns then prepared 3 estimates for the repair. There was no pressure. After I made my selection he made the repair in much less time than he had estimated. Bruce was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I will recommend these folks for anything to do with garage doors.

Wow! I called this morning to schedule a repair for a broken spring. Bruce, the tech, arrived in under two hours and had that spring fixed within an hour. He was very pleasant and personable. He showed us our options for the repair, but did not try to over-sell us. Thank you so much! We are very happy. Now....we need some time to test out the door! We do not anticipate any problems!

The spring on my garage door broke about 7 PM on a Tuesday evening. Precision was available to take the call, and scheduled an appointment for 10 AM the next day. A technician arrived within 18 hours of my initial call which was very appreciated because my door would not go up or down. He also came out on a saturday morning at 9:00 am which was not expected. Garage door hadn’t been serviced for a few years and had become rather noisy. I saw Precision commercial on a local channel, checked their ratings and website and called. Saturday night and I had the call answered within 3 rings offering me service the next day, Sunday! The guy on the phone was very polite, experienced and helpful. I got email confirmation and text. Today I was called and text letting me know the technician, Mitchell, was on his way. Mitchell was very polite, respectful and gave me 3 options of recommended repair. No pushy sales banter, very relaxed and comfortable when he showed me what he recommended. Pricing wasn’t that bad either so I asked him about the remote (only worked in dry weather). He had one he could install during the visit so I got more than I’d planned with great satisfaction! Thank you for the exceptional service I received today. Definitely use Precision again and will recommend anyone who needs a garage door repair to use them also. Very professional company.
