We see the commercials almost daily while watching the local news. I hate commercials, but in this case I remembered Precision and decided to call them first when my garage door spring broke. They were able to come out the same day and Stephen had the repair done in about an hour. It will be so nice to get my cart out of the garage! Stephan was very congenial and polite. Thank you!

Outstanding service! My technician, Stephen Zerkel, was right on time and I was impressed with how he got busy doing a complete inspection before he tested my door. After inspecting and testing my door he had recommendations and a proper repair for it. He repaired my door correctly and even educated me about my door and it's components. Thank you very much Stephen.

I called this morning and Precision Garage Door sent Stephen Z to do an estimate the same day! Stephen obviously knows his stuff, we discussed every possible option, and there were a lot of options, and I'm confident he helped me make the best possible choices. I'm looking forward to having new garage doors that work much better and also improve the curb appeal of my house.

The technician,Stephen, was very informative and personable. I felt he showed me every option and he was perfectly fine with my decision. He fortunately had the parts to repair instead of replace the system that I have. I would definitely recommend Precision’s service to anyone who needs prompt and efficient service. My sister recommended Precision and I was not disappointed! Linda Cochran

After being told by two other companies that they could come in a few days, the technician came to my house that same evening to resolve the immediate problem, and returned the following morning to permanently resolve the issue. He was knowledgeable, polite and did a great job. Absolutely recommend Precision over any other company.

Your technician advised us that our garage door was a brand they would not be able to order parts for and subsequently would not be able to make the necessary repairs. He recommended we call the manufacturer to discuss our problem. However, he was able to repair the door to create a safe and secure closure, at no charge. We really appreciated his honesty and the extra time he spent making the damaged door secure.

I've seldom dealt with a company that's been more accommodating than Precision Garage Door. My phone rep was respectful and flexible in meeting my schedule. I was also fortunate enough to have had Mr. Stephen Zerkel as my service technician. Stephen evaluated my current issue then presented me with his recommendations. Stephen was on-time, thorough, effective and listened to me describe my initial service needs. His repairs were clean, rapid and results oriented. He didn't try to upsell me, rather, he provided options that may be needed in the future. I've have always used the "other" well known company for installation and repairs in the past. No longer. Precision is now my "go-to" garage door company. Well done Stephen!

Amazing service! Zeke was very personable and professional. He diagnosed the problem quickly and provided options/pricing, as well as answered all my questions. He installed a new garage door opener and explained the new features. Love that this business is veteran owned/operated. We are a military family and the military discount was definitely a plus!

I had one of my springs break on my garage door this morning. I called both Ankmar and Overhead Door and they both wanted to charge me $250 for an emergency repair plus the cost of new springs and labor. I then called Precision Door and no emergency repair charges. Stephen Zerkel came within 2 hours of my phone call. Stephen replaced both springs with no issues and was very pleasant to talk to. Thank you so much for getting this repaired quickly.

Zeke Isreal was my tech. He called ahead to let me know he was on his way. When he got here, he immediately went to work. He repaired my door I crashed into very quickly. He looked at the other door and repaired a wire. Everything was so easy for him. I was very impressed with the company and pleased he was able to repair it and I didn’t have to replace it. He was very professional and explained everything to me. You have earned a new customer. I will be calling you for all my garage door issues. Thank you

Jayson, Thanks for the opportunity to provide comments! Pretty simple for this one! Stephen Zerkel was outstanding!! He was professional, courteous, helpful and efficient! Nor only did he “fix” our problem, he gave me super advice on “preventive and corrective” maintenance for my 12 year old doors/openers....without trying to “push a sale or un-needed work! Thanks, Happy Holiday, Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! Wally
