Honestly, I think it opens quieter now than my fridge at 2am. If your garage door starts acting like it’s got an attitude problem, Stephen will fix it and probably restore your faith in competent humans while he’s at it.

I was told 1 hour advance notice of arrival, it was 15 minutes. Tech was rude smart ass and bragged to my tenant he was paid $82 per hour and sits his truck alot. Way over priced. Did not touch the existing opener.
