I've been using Precision Garage Door Service for about the last 8 or 9 years. These guys are absolute Pros. They replaced my door opener and done work on the garage doors. All of it has been done the same day as requested in the technicians have been amazing. I keep their information taped to the inside of my door, which we needed yesterday after my wife backed out a little too quickly. LOL. Steve P

It’s a rare to find a company today that provides 24/7 access for services. Kudos to you for providing it. Our technician, Steven arrived promptly, assessed needed repairs, and completely the installation of a new door opener in short order. He was thorough in his explanation of why the repair performed was necessary and gave us a detailed estimate before beginning his work. Stephen configured the new opener with our two vehicles and our external keypad. He also explained how we can utilize the Aladdin app to monitor our garage door activity — an added asset that provides peace of mind in the security of our home. All-in-all a very good experience.

Good quality and quick service. I called earlier in the day, and Brian was there between 4 pm and 6 pm, like they said they would be. He quickly assessed the problem and installed new springs and rollers in just under an hour. I was able to get my cars out of the garage again with a smooth, much quieter garage door.

Just love Precision Garage Door! We had a small problem with our new door and Justin Higgenbothem was our tech. He came earlier than our appt. because he was in the area and that was great not having to wait. He knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it immediately and checked the rest of the door. He also helped us program our opener to our car! Great experience per usual. And, based on our recommendation four of our neighbors have new Precision garage doors!

This entire process was as easy as it can get. Booked online, tech called enroute within the time window and was finished in about 40 minutes. Brian was very friendly, on time, professional, got to work right away and was done quickly. Our spring snapped and Brian came in, identified some issues (because the door was noisy going up and down), we agreed on what to fix and my door is running nice and smooth. He made some recommendations as well to maintain and DIY stuff. The whole process was so dang easy! Thanks Brian for being professional and friendly!
