Precision Door, went above and beyond my expectations everyone from the folks who set my appointment up for me the technician who came out to service my garage door and the office manager they all worked with me and understood my concerns. As far as I’m concerned this is a top notch company, fast friendly, and courteous would not have a problem recommending them or having them do service for me down the road. Thank you very much.

Cory, the technician, was extremely helpful, professional, and informative about everything that needed to be done for our garage door. He clearly explained the issues and walked us through the repair process, which we really appreciated. He replaced a bracket and the sensors, and everything is now working perfectly. We had been opening the door manually for a few years, so finally getting it fixed has made a huge difference in our daily routine. The whole experience was smooth and stress-free, and Cory’s attention to detail and friendly attitude really stood out. My kids are especially happy and grateful to have a fully working garage door again, it’s something we definitely don’t take for granted anymore! Highly recommend this service to anyone needing reliable and knowledgeable garage door repair.

Precision Garage Door is a great company to work with. The service is prompt, the technician is knowledgeable and went above and beyond to replace my very, very old garage door Genie system with a much newer and better one. I was so worried it would take a long time and/or parts may not be available, but Cory had all the parts on hand and put in the new system in no time at all. The work is excellent and I love how smoothly my garage door now opens. I don’t think you will find a better garage door company in Colorado Springs than this one. Thank you Precision Garage Door.

We simply wanted a "tune up" on our system - no emergency - but the came out the same day we called anyway! Cory was nice and super helpful, plus there was no pressure to do more than we wanted to. The price was reasonable and they gave us cleat estimates on replacement of our decades old system when we're ready.

I was VERY satisfied with Steven Z's professionalism, knowledge and being very personable! I sincerely appreciated his response time to provide services to my Tenants in Colorado Springs. I reside in Denver, and needed to get a broken spring repaired as soon as possible. I really appreciate the information that I was unaware of that I may want to consider. I really appreciate that this company conducts business with human employees and that if needed, I can contact them beyond designated hours. Thank you very much Steven for ALL of your assistance!

Our garage door decided it was time to retire without giving a two-week notice… and Stephen showed up like a one-man rapid response team. Figured out the issue fast, and had everything fixed before I could even fully commit to being annoyed about it. No upsell nonsense, no “this is gonna cost ya” speech—just straight-up honest work and knew exactly what he was doing. Door runs smoother than it ever has. Honestly, I think it opens quieter now than my fridge at 2am. If your garage door starts acting like it’s got an attitude problem, Stephen will fix it and probably restore your faith in competent humans while he’s at it.

Couldn't be happier with the response and work repairing my garage door. Same day response when the garage door motor broke. Sean kept us informed and worked late to replace the motor and service our other doors. Polite, friendly and professional the whole time. My doors had run rough since they were installed, but with Sean's expertise, tuning them up, they are running much smoother. Couldn't be happier.

Cory was the best! He was very nice, knowledgeable, polite, and had great patience explaining all of the systems we were getting and how they operate. Cory came to repair our garage door, as it no longer opened. We ended up updating the whole system after he explained what it would would do for us. ( everything but the actual door) we enjoyed meeting, and talking with him. He really knows his product. I would very highly recommend him to my family and friends! Thank you Cory
