Great service. Our garage door spring broke last night. I called Precision Garage Door this morning. Mitch came out within an hour, verified the spring was broken and identified the bearings were bad as well. Repairs were completed within an hour and the door works better than it has ever worked. Great job. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door.

Mitchell was our tech and he was awesome. He replaced large springs and opener himself in under 2 hours! Very conscientious and quality work. Needed it done and he did initial visit tues after 5pm and came back wed at 1pm and had everything needed and fully installed before 3pm. The Company is lucky to have Mitchell. ! Thank you. The service technician arrived on time, provided an estimate that allowed 3 choices. The technician made a 2nd appointment for the next day and completed the work in a very short time. Mitch is awesome! Came to our house within an hour of calling. Fixed all 4 sensors (with conduit) after our puppy ate all 4 sensors. Came again a day later to recheck calibration. I chose Precision because of the fantastic reviews. My husband’s truck was stolen at short term parking at DEN Airport and it was programmed for garage door access. Since the thieves had all the information needed to get into our house (vehicle registration, insurance) we needed to reprogram the sensors. Big shout out to Sean and Austin! They were were so kind and professional. Thank you!
