We woke up on Saturday night to a loud noise somewhere in our house. We never found the source of that noise, until Sunday morning when we tried to leave our house. Our garage door would not open. The spring broke and we were stuck at home. Being Sunday morning we were hopeless to get anyone out. We called 3 other companies. 2 did not answer, one quoted us $300 just to come out. Precise told us it would be $99 to come out but if we get the work done it would go towards our bill. Cory contacted us before arriving, showed up on time and had the work completed in less than an hour! We are up and running. Thank you Precise for taking care of us. We truly appreciate it, especially on a Sunday.

I don’t as very impressed with this company. Brian did a fantastic job. Although I plan on replacing my door within a year, there was no pressure to do it now. The service was quick professional and below what I thought the cost would be.
