Amazing service!! Super nice and knowledgeable service technicians. They explained what should be addressed now and in the future and what to watch for. He quoted me the price and left it up to me if I wanted to proceed. NO pressure. I'm so glad I made this appointment!! I'm no longer worried about the operation of my garage door. I was able to get an appointment scheduled quickly. The technician called to say he was on his way and arrived when he said he would. He explained the problem and what he could do to fix it. He moved the light sensors on the small garage door. He checked other items and said they are fine. We checked it before he left & the door was closing properly. He was professional & personable.

I’m sorry to say you did not meet my expectations. I was totally misled as to the cost of replacing a spring and cables. Granted this was the only company open and available on a Saturday. I appreciated Joshua coming to my home. Once I was quoted a price of almost $700 I was not expecting it left me speechless. It did cost me $79 service fee to come to my home which I did agree to. I managed to find another company who charged less than half of what I was quoted. My suggestion to all who need service. Shop around before you commit. You probably will find a much better price.

Have called Precision three times and all have ended in success. Most recent, I needed to have the entire door opener replaced. I needed it ASAP. Fortunately, a repairman was in the area and could respond in an hour. I got the best of the three service men and he installed what I needed in less than an hour and a half. It works great and actually sounds better that most. Thankfully, they always have needed parts on the truck. Second time that has happened. Last time they had the rollers for my older door and fixed it the same day. I will not call any other company and I door recommend them to my friends.

I was looking and you seemed to have great reviews. After chatting online with a scheduler, Mitchell the technician called me within 30 minutes and he said he’d be there in an hour. He was able to fix my problem quickly and with ease. Justin was very professional and friendly. He analyzed the problem and explained it to us in detail. He gave us a couple different options and let us decide what to have done. Once we decided, he got right to work and completed the job in freezing conditions. We really appreciated him squeezing us in today.
