I had seen the Precision Garage Door commercial a couple of weeks ago and liked the fact that they usually have all replacement parts needed on their trucks at the time of service. Which brings me to the Labor Day Weekend. Sunday, 9/5/21 my garage door would only go up 2 inches and then back down. I looked Precision up and was happy to find out that they were working this Sunday and immediately got an appointment for that same day. The Technician arrived when promised, assessed the problem and had my door up and running with in an hour. I would highly recommend Precision and will use them for future jobs.

Amazing service! I called precision because they offered same day service without the extra charge. The technician, Zeke, arrived less than 2 hours after I called. He was very friendly and courteous and diagnosed the problems right away. The quote was reasonable but more than I wanted to pay out of pocket since I'm renting. Zeke was patient while I got approval from the property manager and then went to work right away. Replaced the springs, bearings, cables and rollers in just over an hour.
