I wish I could give 5 stars. I can't due to the technician arriving an hour and 15 minutes after the late end of my appointment window. My appointment was 2pm to 4pm. He didn't show up til 5:15. I received a call at about 1:50pm stating my technician was running behind and would be here by the late end of my appointment window. I also found out my technician was the only one scheduled to work today out of 8 technicians. The technician called at about 4:15 saying he was on the way and was about an hour away. Sorry, this is a schedule problem and a dispatch problem. These issues pushed my appointment to the end of the day to fix your company's errors. I'm sorry this is not my fault. While the technician was friendly and did a good job, I'm disappointed that I was still charged the full price (minus a veteran discount). I believe this warranted a greater discount than I received. I received a thank you for my business but no apology for your company's schedule and dispatch errors.

Appointment was same day, tech Justin was outstanding. Very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Problem was addressed but my system is old so he gave me a quote on a new opener and when it's necessary, I won't go anywhere else!!

I had a spring break during the night and Precision was able to assess the issue the very next day which also happened to be the weekend. Will was able to change the spring and another component within 45 minutes and was very professional and informative. The cost was much lower than I had anticipated and the quality of the work exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Precision for all garage door related issues.

We had Precision come out because our garage door wasn't working properly and they were the company who installed it a few months earlier. It turned out that the issue was operator error...oops. and boy did we feel stupid. However, Corey made us feel at ease and explained what went wrong. He took the time to check out the entire door and tracks while he was here. He was patient and professional but the thing that struck us most was how kind and friendly he was. We will continue to call Precision for all our garage door needs.

Great same day service and cheaper than a competitor! I originally called due to a broken spring but asked the tech, Stephen Zerkel to check both doors which are over 20 years old. He explained why certain parts needed to be replaced and which ones are ok for now. He is very knowledgeable, easy to communicate with and I learned a lot about how garage doors operate. I truly believe he saved us from potential disasters!

When I told my propane gas tech I'd called Precision, he said 'they are very honest, and very professional. You will be very happy with them'. We can’t rate Precision Garage Doors highly enough! Justin came early on a Saturday morning to fix our half open and broken garage door. Our home was subject to security concerns overnight as it was open and we faced a field of homeless individuals camping across from our house. Justin assured us he could fix it and promptly and professionally did that. It was not an easy task for him, as Pueblo was experiencing very high winds. We are truly grateful for Justin’s work!
