My garage door spring broke on a Saturday. The earliest the competition could come out was two weeks later, but offered to come out the same day if I was willing to pay an emergency fee of $300. I called Precision and they not only didn't have an emergency fee, but they were able to come out the same day. Right before the new year i knew everyone was going to be busy. Called my usual company and told them the spring was broken. they came out the next day and charged me $69.00 to confirm that the spring was broken. then informed that they might get a spring in four to six weeks. Called Precision and they confirmed their trucks had springs so they scheduled the next day. really busy and through with their work they told me they were running behind and asked to come the next day. Stephen Zerkel arrived within the time frame promised and did a total check of my door and tracks.
