Precision was prompt on getting a service person to try and diagnois my garage door wifi issue. Upon arrival they tried their best to fix the issue but sadly they could not find out the issue. They thought it might be an issue with the app not connecting to my internet. They did say to give it sometime and if it was not resolved to call them again. After an hour or so I tried to connect to my internet and was finally successful.

When the garage door opener stopped working on 2/18/25 I called Precision Garage Door Service based on their online reviews. Justin responded within a few hours and assessed the situation. The garage door opener was 29 years old and not worth repairing if parts could be found. Justin provided a quote for two different brands of openers and pointed out the differences. He was friendly, knowledgeable and performed the replacement within about an hour. Highly recommend this company.

Very responsive, called in the afternoon and they were on the job the next morning, even though it was Sunday. Cory did an outstanding job. Diagnosed the problem right away. Replaced the broken spring-it was a double door and actually required 2 springs for the weight of the door, re-aligned our tracks and lubricated everything. Now it runs like it's brand new. They offer a Military discount and they have an A+ BBB rating. Very pleased.

Outstanding response!!! Our garage door springs broke completely and so did the cables, it was pretty scary! I called the garage door services that we have worked with for over 20 years. The choices given was wait until Monday 2/3/2025 or $300 emergency services for 2 hours plus parts, it was Saturday, but early enough for me not have to pay emergency charges. I researched other companies and called Precision around 1p.m. on Saturday 2/1/2025 by 1:30Justin was here! Justin is very skilled, Justin is personable, Justin is experienced, Justin was very safety oriented, Justin provided an estimate before doing work and provided service. We are so pleased with the service Justin provided! Precision is definitely the company to go to! Justin is excellent to work with as your service technician!
