Stephen was polite and professional. One door I can understand replacing. The tall door with the bracket seems like the door is in good shape other than the bracket and track.

Justin came to figure out what was wrong with my garage door since the motor seem to be so loud that it was driving me up the wall. He came in, tightened as much as he could, managed to do a few other things and boy it is so much quieter. Thank you, Justin!

We made an appointment to have our garage door checked. It sustained some wind damage while we were at home. The representatives were friendly and considered our concerns. We came away with a reasonably priced new door, that fulfilled our description of what we wanted. The process was smooth and efficient and most importantly, affordable. Highly recommend.

I spent well over a year deciding who I wanted to replace my garage. Many quotes and conversations with other companies that had a charge for every little thing or had limited warranties that didn’t give me the piece of mind. However PRECISION GARAGED DOOR was just the company to satisfy my every question or concern. I also couldn’t turn down helping a Veteran owned business. From one veteran to Another, thank you for your service and thank you for serving the community of Colorado Springs.

Our garage door spring snapped in the evening and Precision had it repaired the next day. It was super simple to schedule the repair. As a veteran and first responder family, it was an easy decision to pick Precision as their advertisements greatly appealed to veterans and first responders. Cory did an amazing job. Quick response for an appointment; technician (Leigh) was great, gave us several options and explained each one in detail but never pressured for any of them. His work was excellent and the results are fantastic. We couldn't be happier and would recommend Precision Garage Door strongly to anyone.

Cory did a wonderful job. Friendly, on time, neat & knowledgeable. After about 40 years, I needed to replace my garage door operating system. It took less than 24 hours from my call to my appointment. Cory explained my options & I'm thrilled with my choice. What a difference! I'm so glad that I called Precision Garage Door.

Cory - Top of the line for being customer focused and always answered my questions with a 'YES' especially when they were about prior problems to be resolved. The scheduling for me being a new customer was quick and especially the product I wanted was in the truck ready to be installed. A job well done and the 'YES' items were indeed resolved.

Precision was prompt on getting a service person to try and diagnois my garage door wifi issue. Upon arrival they tried their best to fix the issue but sadly they could not find out the issue. They thought it might be an issue with the app not connecting to my internet. They did say to give it sometime and if it was not resolved to call them again. After an hour or so I tried to connect to my internet and was finally successful.

When the garage door opener stopped working on 2/18/25 I called Precision Garage Door Service based on their online reviews. Justin responded within a few hours and assessed the situation. The garage door opener was 29 years old and not worth repairing if parts could be found. Justin provided a quote for two different brands of openers and pointed out the differences. He was friendly, knowledgeable and performed the replacement within about an hour. Highly recommend this company.

Very responsive, called in the afternoon and they were on the job the next morning, even though it was Sunday. Cory did an outstanding job. Diagnosed the problem right away. Replaced the broken spring-it was a double door and actually required 2 springs for the weight of the door, re-aligned our tracks and lubricated everything. Now it runs like it's brand new. They offer a Military discount and they have an A+ BBB rating. Very pleased.
