Garage Door Precision is a great company. I contacted Precision to conduct routine maintenance and fix the weather-stripping retainer on my garage. Stephen from Precision showed up the next day to complete the work. Stephen tightened the springs and realigned the weather-stripping retainer to the bottom garage as it was not aligned. Stephen was very professional and did an excellent job with the repairs. I highly recommend Stephen and Precision Garage Door Service!

I was in a panic at 2:30 in the afternoon ( it gets dark at 4:30), as I knocked my garage door off if it’s tracks with a ladder. Precision Door Company had a technician at my house in 15 min. ( one was in route close to my house, hoping to be done for the day)… who does that and how lucky I was! They will forever be my hero’s for evermore! I very highly recommend them!

The service overall was great. From the very fast availability, to the open kind honest ballpark figure on the phone (thanks Jules), to the cordial/affable tech (thank you Justin H), everything went smoothly. I didn't have much time with a broken garage door and potential bad weather coming to wait around on a bunch of estimates. Their initial ball park and then the official estimate seemed very reasonable. Then all along the way we were communicated with. We even got a text with our technician's background, like where he was from etc. Made us definitely feel more at ease. Then in less than half a day he had the spring, motor, rollers, and bearings all changed out and we were back to our normal. Thank you again.

Called at 9:00PM in the evening about a garage door main spring that had just snapped. Door totally inoperable and stuck. They had someone here at 8AM the next day and fixed by 10AM at reasonable cost. Great service and highly knowledgeable and competent repair person. Highly recommend them.

Well I've always heard about broken springs on a garage door and what a pain in the a** it can be. Well I called Precision Garage Door, and I was amazed. I was able to talk to a wonderful receptionist, who booked the appointment on the same day! Just a little while later Stephen was rining the doorbell. He was friendly, smart, and quick to take care of the problem. He gave me a quick quote that I agreed with, and he was working on it right away. In about an hour, (maybe less) he had solved my world's problems (the dredded garage door) and it was running smoother than when the house was built! Thank you Stephen, Precision Garage Door, and everyone who works there. You all are great! If I ever have a problem with them (garage doors) you are the only people I'll call. Thanks again for being so efficient!

Our garage door opener broke on a Saturday afternoon. I called up Precision and they were able to get a technician out to our house within an hour! I was shocked and pleasantly surprised. Justin, our technician, was so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He took his time to inspect all aspects of our door and opener to determine what had to be repaired and what was recommended but not required. Justin answered all our questions both before and after installation. Our new opener and tunes up door are working better then they have in years! We appreciate the 5 year warranty and would definitely use Precision again and would highly recommend Justin.
