Everything about my experience was fantastic! i woke up last Friday morning (4/1) to find one of my door springs broken. I called the company I had been using for 18 years and the earliest they could help me was in a week. I remembered seeing your TV commercial and gave you a call. They had somebody out that afternoon. The tech, John Gallerano III, arrived when promised. John was professional, polite and informative. There was a lot more wrong than just a broken spring. He gave me options for the work. I selected my preferred option and he set to work. Everything was installed and works great. John also left the site cleaned up. I've found a new garage door repair company! Thanks.

My garage door spring broke on a Saturday. The earliest the competition could come out was two weeks later, but offered to come out the same day if I was willing to pay an emergency fee of $300. I called Precision and they not only didn't have an emergency fee, but they were able to come out the same day. John arrived in less than an hour, diagnosed the problem and had the necessary parts with him to complete the repair. Thank you John for your excellent customer service!

Mitch Fiewig was our installer and he was amazing; he was courteous, professional, very knowledgeable, and very efficient; he asked specific questions to help analyze our door and opener issues, and once he checked out the door & opener's operation, he offered us two options (repair door only or repair door & replace opener); he repaired the issues with the door, installed the new Wi-Fi enabled door opener, and WOW what a difference; the door works better than ever, the opener is super quiet and we are very happy we decided to 'give you a try!' You have earned our trust and will be our 'go to' garage door guru's should we have any further issues; If all of your installers are as good as Mitch, then you definitely have earned the right to call your company the Precision Garage Door company as it's obvious you take pride in what you do and how you treat your customers!
