Our garage door spring broke and it was a Saturday. Mitch from Precision Garage door was at our house within 2 1/2 hours of me calling. He was so professional and friendly. He listened to me and was able to quickly assess why we have had 2 broken springs in 5 years. He gave us a few different estimates to fix the problem and explained the warranty information. Once we chose the option we wanted, he had the work done in about an hour. He was wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door.

Zeke and Steven hit it outta da park. Grand Slam! Volunteered to replace lightbulb and reposition attic loose attic cover. Showed me two choices re: repair estimate. Let me decide. Most definitely will be recommending. First time I’ve called Precision after calling others who had openings late Friday. Called Precision 4:30 pm Monday and Technicians arrived Tuesday night on time 9:00am!

Called because my opener wasn’t working correctly. Was able to get an appointment quickly and easily. The technician communicated with me well in advance of his arrival, giving me a more specific expectation of when he’d get here. He was prompt, professional, and followed all the COVID protocols just as the company said he would. He quickly confirmed the problem, and explained that he could provide a temporary fix, but that it would cost nearly as much as just installing a new unit. Not the news I was hoping for (though I had suspected I was going to need to replace the unit) but he explained my options well, and I was comfortable moving forward with the new install. He was prepared with the new unit, there was no waiting or return visit necessary, and the installation was quick and easy. I spent more today than I had hoped, but I have no concerns or regrets. I was very happy with every step of the service I received and would recommend Precision to anyone.

I called the morning of 8-14-20 and was given a window of 10 to 12. Bruce actually called and came early. Bruce then checked out the garage door and listened to my concerns then prepared 3 estimates for the repair. There was no pressure. After I made my selection he made the repair in much less time than he had estimated. Bruce was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I will recommend these folks for anything to do with garage doors.
