Right before the new year i knew everyone was going to be busy. Called my usual company and told them the spring was broken. they came out the next day and charged me $69.00 to confirm that the spring was broken. then informed that they might get a spring in four to six weeks. Called Precision and they confirmed their trucks had springs so they scheduled the next day. really busy and through with their work they told me they were running behind and asked to come the next day. Stephen Zerkel arrived within the time frame promised and did a total check of my door and tracks. Made his recommendation and cost estimate and i accepted and he got right to work. i will in the future call Precision first and will recommend Precision to any of my neighbors in the future.

My garage door opener died- I called the original installation company and they couldn’t get to me til mid next week- I had seen the advertisement of Precision- veteran employed- fast response- fair. I called and within 1 hour John was here to look at my problem- He was so informative, professional, and explained options clearly- showed me where things were wearing and with no pressure- suggested what could be done- AND he will come out the next day to install!!! They as quick to get down and fix my springs however about double the price as other garage service. We was able to wait the week for the other company. The other company was $385 to replace two springs this company was $785.

Service is superior! Called mid-afternoon on a Friday and Stephen arrived only a couple hours later to fix my broken garage door. He was awesome! Very friendly and personable! Went above and beyond! We had dinner reservations and had planned a date night for the first time in years and he was able to get the job done with plenty of time to spare to get to the restaurant. I don't typically leave reviews but Stephen and Precision Door deserved one! Job well done!

Called as is Veteran owned. Service Man Stephen was terrific- wrote up costs & ordered my commercial grade springs- paid my 50% down- looking forward to completion in 1-2 weeks. Will note: intial call to answering / scheduling service did not go well. When i called back the new person was super helpful & understood what was needed( & was going to find out who the 1st person i spoke to was as was very rude).

Precision came to fix my garage door because the light in my garage door opener stopped working and the door itself had not been right since I moved in. They came, listen to me, and when they heard about the light in the opener, that’s when they zeroed in on everything. Except for the door and the rails, I think everything else is new and it works like a charm! I am so happy with everything they did, I no longer see daylight inside the garage! It was a job well done and I’m sorry I waited so long.

Steve and Cody were professional and courteous and timely. The service exceeded my expectations. I’ve seen the ads on TV and like fact that yours is a veteran owned company and are BBB rated. After a door inspection, the recommendation was to replace bearings, rollers, and of course the broken spring. I said yes to all. Garage door now operates much more smoothly and is quieter. You will be the first company I call for any other garage door related issues.

They came out the next day on a weekend and fixed our broken garage spring. Paid for the higher end fix and now the door is quieter than when the builder put it in. Other companies wanted me to wait a week just to get our car out and didn’t have parts to fix it. Everyone was professional and got things done quick.
